Heath, extreme right, a former president of the Hamburg Historical Society, was seated with four of the Society's founders at the 25th Anniversary banquet in McKinley Park Inn. Thp Hamburg Historical Society marked its 25th anniversary on June 22 with a banquet in Mckinley Park Inn honoring its founders, leasing its 1840 Ixird Boies home to the Hamburg Antique Study Club for restoration and saluting Mrs.

Julia Rcinstein of Cheektowaga. noted area historian and Robert Meech. president of the Buffalo and Frie Countv Historical Society. Mrs. Reinstein.

Cheektowaga historian and a founder and president of the Erie County I listorical Federation, recalled when the Federation was formed in 1953 Erie County had only seven societies and now has 28 such groups. "We. have learned from each other and are among the leaders in the state." said Mrs. Reinstein. Mr.
