MONDAY EVENING, MAY 9. The Parnell Leiter. A dispatch from Lincoln, -ays that John Fitzgerald, president of ttie Irish Na? tional League of America, recently submit? ted the London Timea'1 fac-simile of the alleged Partiell letter, together with docu? ments in possession of Patrick Egan, in the handwriting of Richard Pigott, formerly proprietor ot the Dublin Trishman, to a com? mittee consisting of Governor Thayer, Treasurer Williad, Auditor Babcock, Mayor Sawyer, Postmaster Wat kins and the cash? iers of the city banks. Yesterday the com? mit tee reported as follows: We, the under? signed, have, at the request of John Fitz? gerald, president of the Irish National League of Ameiica. carefully examined the facsimile published in the London Timesot the 18th to have been written by Hon.

Charles S. Parnell letters sign? ed Richard Pigott, addressed to Mr. Patrick Eagan, dated June 25th, 1875, December 6th and 22a, 1880, January 14th, 1881, and March 1'th, 1881; also an Inclpsure contained in said letter of Match 1SS1, and we iiHve no hesitation in saying that the alleged fac simile and the said letters and incloaure were written by the same hand. The docn ments referred to were letters from Pigott, wherein he tried to blackmail the League through its under the pretence he had been offered live hundred shillings by alleged agents of Dublin Castle to pub li.sh fictitious articles in relation to the league fund, prepared tor the purpose of discrediting the League, and the letter to him from these agents, which he inclosed as proof of bis statement. In his letter to the treasurer of the League, Pigott said be was on the verge of financial ruin and must have money.

He would suppress the Dublin Castle article, however, if the League would make him a temporary loan of three hun? dred shillings. These letters and fac simile of Parnell's alleged letter, the committee above named believe to be in the hand? writing of the same man. Young and middle aged men suffering from nervous debility, premature old age, loss of memory and kindred symptoms, should send ten cents in stamps for largo illustrated treatise suggesting eure of cure.
