Melnick, Secretary Warmest Chanukah Greetings Albert Becker Albert Becker died November 5 at the age of 78.

He was the husband of Esther Becker (nee Davidoff). Leaving Poland at the age of 17, he came to Milwaukee in 1920. He was active with the Beth El Ner Tamid Synagogue Men's Club, B'nai B'rith, and the Milwaukee Jewish Home. Becker started his career as a cattle dealer in 1920. He then owned and operated his own business.

City Dressed Beef, for over 50 years. At the time of his death, he was semi-retired and worked with his son, Nathan, in the business. He is survived by his wife; his children, Mrs. Sandra (Gilbert) Fooden, Bayside, and Nathan (Sandi) Becker, Glendale; and his sisters, Mrs. Lillian White, Mrs.

Pearl Berman, both of Miami, and Mrs. Gertrude Mirochnik, Milwaukee. He is further survived by his grandchildren, Robin Fooden, Bryan Fooden, Jonathan (Cara) Becker, Lisa Becker and Brynn Becker; and a great-grandson, Joshua Becker. Services were held at Good-man-Bensman Funeral Home on November 7. Rabbi Louis Swich-kow officiated.

Interment was at Second Home Cemetery. Memorial contributions to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. Een Ben Glick died November 15 at the age of 88. He was the husband of the late Norma Glick (nee Shoob). He came to Milwaukee from Russia around 1918.

He worked for many years for Polacheck dent of HowMar Brokerage Co. He is survived by his wife, Judy; his sons, Bradley, Michael and Douglas; his father, Meyer; his step-mother, Beatrice; his brother, Martin A. (Fran); and other relatives and friends. Services were held November 8 at Congregation Sinai. Burial was at Greenwood Cemetery.

Rabbi Jay Brickman officiated. Weiss Funeral Home assisted the family. Memorial contributions to the Howard Gordon Memorial Fund at the Mt. Sinai Medical Center would be appreciated by the family. Dessfe Singer Bessie Singer, who ran her own delicatessen, died November 10 at the age of 82.

Born in Russia, she came to the Racine area in 1906. She later moved to Milwaukee and became a member of Congregation Anshe Sfard. She ran Singer's Deli here until 1964. She was preceeded in death by her husband, Solomon. She is survived by her children, Mildred, Tirri, Lorraine (Wayne) Will and Ronald (Judith) Singer, all of Milwaukee; her brothers, Isadore (Elaine) Schwartz, and Meyer Schwartz, both of Milwaukee, Morris (Rae) Schwartz, Madison, and Nathan Schwartz; her sister, Lillian Goldblatt.

Wil-mette, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Services were held at the Goodman-Bensman Funeral Home. Rabbi David Shapiro officiated. Interment was at Spring Hill Cemetery. Memorial contributions to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.

Glick attended services regularly at the Milwaukee Jewish Home where he resided. He is survived by his sons, Harold (Lillian) Glick and Larry (Joan) Glick, both of Milwaukee; his brother, Bill (Jean) Glick, Los Angeles; his sister, Vivian Harlick, Los Angeles; his grandchildren, Helaine (David) Glass, Steven Glick, Jeffrey (Carla) Glick, Noah Glick and Alyson Glick, all of Milwaukee; his great-grandchildren, Michael and Alyssa Glass; and nieces and nephews.

Graveside services were held November 17 at Beth Hamedrosh Hagodel Cemetery. Rabbi Ronald Shapiro officiated. Good-man-Bensman Funeral Home assisted the family. Contributions to the Milwaukee Jewish Home would be appreciated by the family. Howard Gordon Howard Gordon, active in the business and Jewish communities, died November 6 at the age of 45.

Born in Rhinelander, he came to Milwaukee in 1962. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a degree in Marketing in 1959. He was a board member of Congregation Sinai, a past board member of Mount Sinai Medical Center and served on the board at Mt. Sinai Green Tree Health Care Center. He was active in the Milwaukee Jewish Federation and various trade organizations.

Gordon was vice-president of General Produce Co. and presi Weddings daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Kendall, Mequon. The groom is the son of Mrs.

David Lewensohn, Thiensville. The wedding was held at Congregation Beth Israel. Rabbi Herbert Panitch officiated. Marcus-Lerman Sharon Rae Marcus and David Migel Lerman exchanged wedding vows at Congregation Beth Israel on Sunday, October 24. Rabbi Herbert Panitch and Rabbi Alan Lettofsky officiated.

She is employed as the mental health consultant for Dane County Head Start Program. The groom is also a graduate of UW-Madison, and is working on a joint law degree and a master's in Industrial Relations. The couple is residing in Madison.

The ceremony was held at the home of the bride's parents, and a wedding brunch was held at the Brynwood Country Club. The matron of honor was the bride's sister, Mrs. Cathy Brown, Mequon, and the best man was Barry Trachtenberg, the groom's son. The bride attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and received a master's degree in Social Work from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She is employed as a school social worker and is attending classes at Roosevelt University-Chicago. The groom is executive director of the Mayer Kaplan Jewish Community Center, Skokie, 111.

He attended Emerson College, Boston, and received his master's degree in Social Work from Adelphi University, Garden City. N.Y. The couple will reside in Lincolnwood. Kendall-Lcwensohn Wendy Kendall, Milwaukee, and Steven Lewensohn, Milwaukee, exchanged wedding vows November 27.
