Mrs. Weil is a graduate of Hunter college, while her groom attended the Univer Now teaching at the University of Wisconsin, where he is working on his doctorate in economics, is Leon Schur, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ben Schur, S. Seventy-second street.

Dr. Kaller is a graduate of Marquette university. He is affiliated with Alpha Epsilon Pi and Phi Delta Epsilon fraternities. Dr.

Kuller will complete specialization in urology at the Cleveland City hospital in June, after which the young couple will reside in Long Beach, California. Soyer-Fromltln From New York City comes the announcement by Mr. and Mrs. Morris Fromkin of Milwaukee and New York, of the marriage of their daughter Marcia Joyce, to Mr. David Seth Soyer, son of Mr.

and Mrs. Samson Soyer of New York. Rabbi Ira Eisenstein performed the wedding ceremony which took place Sunday, October 6, at the Essex House, New York City. Mrs. Allen J. Portnoy, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. announce the engagement of their daughter, Reva, to Irwin Dick, son of Mrs. Louis Dick, Hoboken, New Jersey.

Mr. Dick attended the Milwaukee School of Engineering and the University of Wisconsin extension. Miss Mullen is president of Alpha Beta Gamma sorority at Milwaukee State Teachers' college. Mr. Dick served in the army for over four years and took part in the African landings.

He also served in Italy, Ireland and Stanley is the name chosen by Mr. and Mrs. Morris Altshull, N. Tenth street, for their son born on October 5 at Mount Sinai hospital. Stanley has a sister, Jean, 17, and a brother Harvey, eight.

Mr. and Mrs. Morris Schwartz-man, N. Fiftieth street, announce the birth of a daughter, Hasia Re-na, on October 7 at Mount Sinai hospital. The Schwartzmans have another daughter, Varda, two and a half.

Mrs. Schwartzman is the daughter of Louis Kite of Chicago. A daughter, Marcee Lynn, was born to Mr. and Mrs. Irving Reich, W.

Meinecke avenue, on October 7 at Mount Sinai hospital. Mrs. Rose Rosen, W. Meinecke avenue is the maternal grandmother. Paternal grandmother is Mrs.

Fiftieth street, of the birth of a son on October 8 at Mount Sinai hospital. The Rossmans also have a daughter, Ellen, who is three. Mrs. Rossman, the former Zelda Dubrow, is the daughter of Mrs. A.
