Joseph Zimel, 14-23 River Road, Fair Lawn, NJ 07410. HAND Theodore "Ted" 76, a lifelong resident of Jersey City, died at home, Sunday, June 3, 2001. Mass will be held at 10 AM, Thursday at St. Aedan's Church, City. Mr.

Hand worked at Colgate Palmolive, Jersey City, for 35 years. He retired in 1988. He was a communicant of St. Aedan's Church. Surviving are his wife, Margaret (Corbalis); five brothers, seph, Robert, Lawrence, Edward, and two sisters, Ursula Feehan and Patricia Scarcelli; six grandchildren, Kristy Hand, Lisa Stengard, Mark Hand, Frankie Michael Vena, and Brad Hippe; and three great grandchildren, Cynthia, Thomas, and Faith.

HERRICK Jean Ainsworth Rhodes, 77, of Norman, died at her home, June 1, 2001 following an extended pulmonary illness. Mrs. Herrick was born November 9, 1923 in Englewood, NJ to William Horton and Dorothy Elizabeth Perrin Brown Rhodes.

In 1939, Jean graduated from Tenafly High School. She began her collegiate career at Bethany College where she met her husband, Theodore Pomeroy Herrick, Jr. They married on November 20, 1942 in Tenafly. The Herrick's moved to Norman in 1958. Jean worked in Graduate College for the University of Oklahoma while completing her Bachelor of Arts in Latin.

Jean began working as a graduate assistant in the Classics department while working towards her Masters degree in Classics. In 1967, upon earning her she taught Latin in the Classics department. She retired as an assistant professor from the University in 1993. Jean was preceded in death by her husband and parents. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and T.

He was a school teacher at the Sidoon National School in Sidon, Lebanon, re: tiring in 1984. He had taught school for more than 40 years. He was a member of the West Side Presbyterian Church in Ridgewood. Surviving is his beloved wife Mary (nee Salameh), his two sons, Essa and his wife, Layla Audi of Greenwich, CT, and Fareed and his wife, Rula Audi of Lafayette, IN. His three daughters, Maha Audi of Mahwah, Muna Audi Zahr of McClean, VA, and Miranda Audi and her husband, Haissam Ghorayeb of Dubai, UAE, and ten grandchildren.

Born in Hackensack, she lived most of her life in Saddle Brook. Ms. De Berry was a 1976 graduate of Saddie Brook High School. She tended State University of New York at Brockport and Jersey City State College, where she played on the women's basketball team. She taught physical education at Paramus Catholic High School and Queen of Peace in Rutherford where she coached basketball, cer and track.

Elaine spent two summers as camp director at the Fresh Air Fund Camp for asthmatic children. She was a proud member of the Montclair Women's Rugby Team and represented the U.S. in an international competition in New Zealand in 1986. Ms. De Berry recently graduated from the New York Restaurant School as a ter chef and was looking forward to a a a a a a a a a career in New York City.
