Gibb will entertain at the tea hour on Sunday afternoon, honoring her daughter, Miss Grace Gibb, who is leaving shortly for Winnipeg to be married to Flying Officer Alan Foster, son of Brig. and Mrs. W. W. Foster.

The hostess will be assisted in receiving by Mrs. Foster and Miss Gertrude Gibb. Presiding at the urns will be Mrs. Douglas Rorison, Mrs. Melvin Thomson, Mrs.

Don MacDonald, Mrs. May Harkness, Mrs. James Reid, Mrs. Girow and Miss Ethel Rogers. Ices will be cut by Mrs.

Mrs. A. K. Haywood is entertaining after five today in honor her guest, Mrs. William Tudhope of Orillia, Ont.

A marriage of interest throughout the province of British Columbia, of which the bride's father is attorney-general, took place Friday afternoon in St.

Paul's Anglican church, when Miss Dorothy May Wismer became the bride of Mr. Alfred Edmund (Don) Brealey. The bride is the daughter of Hon. and Mrs. Gor.

don S. Wismer, while the groom's parents are Mr. and Mrs. Henry Brealey. Mauve and white stock and mauve and pink larkspur with white gladioli decorated the church for the 5 o'clock ceremony which was performed by Archdeacon Sir.

Francis Heathcote. Aquamarine blue was the bride's gown, which featured a diagonal drape on the bodice with its fitted waistline. The skirt showed soft folds at the front and back and the -sleeves were short and shirred. Her small brimless hat of vari-colored flowers, repeated the dress tone as its predominating color, and was veiled in navy. Her sister, Miss Shirley Wismer, as bridesmaid, was wearing rose crepe fashioned with threequarter shirred sleeves and high neckline.

Closely fitted at the waistline, in long torso effect, the skirt widened into soft folds. Her turban was matching in tone. Mr. Tony Brealey supported the groom, and the ushers were Mr. Robert and Mr.

Jack Wismer, and Mr. Richard Emerson. A reception was held, in the home of the bride's parents, where Mrs. Wismer, wearing royal blue silk net embroidered in white with a red girdle and navy straw hat, received the guests. She was assisted by the groom's mother, whose navy sheer gown was worn with a navy straw hat.

For her honeymoon in the interior of the province, the bride donned a navy redingote over her wedding gown. Parties Attend Dance At Jericho Tennis Club Jericho Tennis Club will be the setting of an informal dance this evening. Among the members and friends planning to attend are Mr. and Mrs. J.

For her wedding trip by motor to Southern California, the bride donned a heaven blue tailleur, navy topcoat, double stone marten furs and accessories en tone.
