FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 24, 1961 26 PAGES Three Lights Go On Downtown Tonight Ceremonies To Begin After Due To Arrive Tomorrow Hanover's Christmas decorations will be lighted at ceremonies on Center Square tonight shortly after the stores close at 9 and Santa Claus will come to downtown Hanover tomorrow morning. The lighting ceremonies will include singing by a massed choral group composed of choir members oi numerous churches in the area and instrumental music by a Lyric Band brass ensemble. Santa will arrive at Devener Airport. Broadway, shortly before 9 a.m. and will be escorted to Moul Athletic Field, at the east end of I Middle Street.

From there he will be accompanied by numerous high school bands of the area to the Christmas cabin set up on Center Square. Santa Claus will greet children at the cabin and will distribute treats to the youngsters. Bands invited to participate in the Santa Claus parade include representatives of Eichelberger Senior. Hanover Junior, Delone Catholic, Spring Grove Joint, Franklin of Reisterstown, South Western Joint, Bermudian Springs, New Oxford, North Carroll. Taneytown and Southern High Schools.
