Paas, son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Paas of Scran ton Road, was solemnized in a double-ring ceremony on Saturday, July 11, at SS Peter and Paul Church by Rev. Harold Wagner. The bride wore a gown of white peau de sole with lace trim, elbow sleeves, round neckline, and a chapel-length detachable train.

The shoulder-length veil of nylon net was held in a crown of lace and seed pearls. The bride's bouquet was white roses. The maid of honor was the bride's sister. Miss Susan Groth, attired in a blue floor-length gown, with hat of lace and seed pearls, and carrying white and pink rosebuds. The bridesmaids were Miss Patricia DeCourcey and Mrs.

Herbert Paas, attired the same as the maid of honor and carrying white and blue rosebuds. The flower girl, Tina Marchi, wore white eyelet organdy over blue and carried a basket of mixed flowers. The groom chose his cousin Robert DeCourcey, for his best man. The ushers were his brother, Herbert Paas, and Gordon Lennox. The bride's mother was dressed in pink and wore a white corsage.

The groom's mother wore a pink suit trimmed with a white corsage. A reception for about two hundred guests was held Saturday evening at the Scranton Fire HalL For her going-away attire the bride chose a yellow suit with white accessories. The honeymoon was spent at the Edge wood Resort; Wt)t rum Corps. presents Thousand Islands. The newlyweds will reside in thiir new home on Ellsworth Avenue.
