Saporito, previously served as -director -of admissions, director i of guidance and assistant principal before being appointed principal six years ago. During his administration many new programs were initiated to help ensure the continued growth of St. Francis. Pre Program To Start at ICS Rev. William C. Zenna, Pastor of Immaculate Conception Parish, Eden, and Christine Bocchiaro, principal, have announced the establishment of a pre-k program for 4-year-old students commencing Sept. 18. The program will consist of two sessions: Session I 8:30 a.m.

He was in the long jump, high jump, and triple jump. On Tuesday, July. 25, the qualifiers moved on to take part in the Erie County Track Meet in Kenmore. Eden had 43 participants who helped capture first place for the small towns. Along with the' track meet, Eden Recreation held a t-shirt day on July 26.

Participants came to have their t-shirts judged in a number of categories. Most colorful went 1st, 2nd, and 3rd to Jon Mackey, Brian Wierzba, and Danny Pfeffer. Cutest t-shirt went to Kathy Dernier first, and Kim Pfeffer second. Furthest and closest t-shirt awards went to Ryan Handley and Jill Hillman first, and Joe Delia Penta second. Most original went to Dustin -Wierzba.
