Having armed themselves with hammers, nails and caulk, the Boy Scouts helped repair cabins at Cradle Beach.

The group dedicated some 35 hours of labor to the project. The Home Bureau group helped create new Christmas stockings for all of the cabins after many weeks of sewing and gluing. Tracy Park, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jim Park of Hamburg, was recently honored for" being an outstanding graduating senior in the department of Center for the Americas into the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at the University at Buffalo. Andrew Sreniawski, son of Mr.

and Mrs. Michael Sreniawski of Hamburg, was honored as an outstanding graduating senior in the department of Political Science at the University at Buffalo. Michael Mclnerney of Hamburg has been named to the Omicron Delta Kappa Society and has been named to the fall semester Dean's List at Alfred University. Nicole Kuss of Hamburg has been named to the 2001 Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges. Lynne Frydrych of Hamburg has been inducted into the Psi Chi National Honor Society in Psychology at the State University of New York at Fredonia. Adam Harris of North Collins has graduated from I.T.T. Technical Institute with an associates degree in electrical technology. He is the son of Clifford and Donna Harris. Megan Whitted of Hamburg recently graduated from Russell Sage College with a bachelor's degree in political science.

She is the daughter of Dennis and Donna Whitted. Kelly Carlin of Hamburg and Michelle Haslinger of Boston have been named to the fall semester Dean's list at Elmira College.
