Chris was born on the family farm in the Mossbank district on February 15, 1933. After years on the farm, Chris went into business for himself as a contractor in Regina. He then settled in Moose Jaw until his passing. Chris was predeceased by his parents Christ and Mary Larson as well as his brother Lawrence Larson. He leaves to mourn his three children: Don (Judy) Larson and their children Dallan and Taryn, all of Regina, Shelley Larson of Richmond, BC, and David Larson and his son Seth in Vancouver; sisters: Martha (Ab) Hicks of Mossbank, and Dorothy Fortin of Gravelbourg; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins; and companion Phyllis Billay of Moose Jaw.

In keeping wtih Chris's and his family's wishes, cremation will take place with a private service at a later date. As part of the Living Legacy Planting Program, Parkview Funeral Chapel will have a tree planted in Wakamow Vally in memory of Chris. Sandra was born December 27, 1949 at Southey, SK. She became a school and music teacher at Moose Jaw, Southey, Lumsden and Regina. Sandra married Dale Sikora in 1973 and had two sons, Aaron (Cheryl) and Adrien (Alexis). She became a grandmother last December with the birth of Ella, Aaron and Cheryl's daughter.

Sandra has one brother Alvin (Pat) Knapp. Funeral Mass will be held Friday, October 1, 2004 at 7:30 p.m. in Holy Trinity R. C. Church, Mcintosh Street and Sherwood Drive, Regina, SK.

Rubi was a kind, loyal and generous man, who faced adversities in his life as any hero would. Rubi will always be alive in our thoughts and in our hearts.
