Her children Nancy (Peter), Lisa (Dale), David (Linda), 9 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, her nieces, nephews and their children remember her with affection and love. Betty was born, raised and lived on Dewdney Ave in Regina for 74 years until she moved to Benson Manor, Regina in 2002 where she enjoyed the community of retirees. After her sister died in 2009 she moved to Nanaimo, BC. to be with family where she could participate in the events she loved, family celebrations. She was a long-time member of St.

James Anglican Church in Regina; she worked and enjoyed her time Luther College High School, Regina, and was a devoted volunteer for church and community events. To celebrate how gracious and loving, creative and full of good humour she was, a service of remembrance and celebration will be held at St. James Anglican church 1105 Empress St. Regina, Sask. on October 17 at 11:00 am.

She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Born and raised in Winnipeg, he was a proud Veteran of WWII, having served as a wireless operator instructor with the RCAF. He was employed with Kraft Foods Ltd. until his retirement in 1985. He was predeceased by his beloved wife Florence, his parents Edith and Walter, brother Ralph and sisters Tryphena Metro and Doris (in infancy).

He is survived by his daughter Diane Bates and grandchildren Darren (Laura) and Lindsay Winnipeg MB, and his daughter Susan Sali and granddaughter Kristin (Nolan) of Regina SK. Also left to remember Stanley is Jen McKeown, his partner of 25 years. Sincere thanks to Sathy, and to the remarkable Comfort Care team, 5 North at the Victoria General Hospital. She is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Larry: children, Heath and Ashlee daughter Olivia, Heidi and Ryan and their children Greyson and Paisley; brother David (Debra), numerous extended family members as well as her many friends and best friend Heather. Donna had many health challenges in her life and faced each of them with incredible strength and courage. She will be remembered by her smiling face and positive attitude no matter what she was facing. She leaves behind a legacy filled with great memories of family gatherings and vacations. Family was the most important thing in her life.

Her precious grandchildren were her strength to face her many challenges and she will live on in our hearts forever and will be greatly missed. A Celebration of Donna's Life will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, September 4, 2015 at Broadway United Church, 105 Broadway Regina, SK. family would like to extend heartfelt thanks to all the staff at the palliative care unit, Pasqua Hospital for the exceptional care they provided during mom's final journey.
