Ruth was a true farmer, working alongside her husband in doing field work, fixing equipment, building barns, hauling hay, milking cows, managing pigs chickens, and growing and preserving a huge garden. She was an entrepreneur in selling eggs, cream and other produce to neighbours for nearly 50 years. She served her Lord through generous hospitality, giving, prayer and love of her family.

Ruth will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Special thanks to Cathy at Home Care, Dr. Ingram, and all the staff of Echo Lodge for their exceptional care and kindness. The funeral will be held Monday, June 16, 10:00 am at the Lipton Evangelical Missionary Church. Interment will be held in the Lipton Memorial Gardens.
