Evelyn was predeceased by, husband Stephen; siblings Dean Daly, Vernon Daly, Gertrude Stubbs, Donald Daly, Mel Rose Gutheil, Lois Johnston, Murray Daly, Kenneth Daly, Barry Daly, Dale Daly.

Evelyn is survived by her brother, Brian (Susan) Daly; sister Darlene (David) Weiler: and numerous nieces and nephews. After growing up in the Wilcox area, Evelyn married Stephen and moved to Regina. The tragedy occurred on January 15, 2012. Jaidan was born September 17, 1994, a precious daughter to Rick and Trina Slaferek. She grew up in the wonderful community of Qu'Appelle, attended James Hamblin School during her elementary years and was looking forward to graduating from Greenall High School (Balgonie) in June. Our Jaidan was truly a free spirit. She lived her life passionately and without limits.

She absolutely loved everyone unconditionally. Her engaging smile, exuberant personality and generous heart defined Jaidan as the angel she is.
