WILSON Randall (Randy) Carl, of Grand Coulee, passed away on August 20th, 1993 at the age of 31 years. He was currently employed by the City of Regina in the Traffic Dept. Randy loved hockey and baseball and was an avid sports fan. He was a hard worker, always willing to help family and friends with various projects. He enjoyed working with his hands and spent much free time renovating houses. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 24, 1993, 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.

Francis. Although Loverna had suffered many illnesses and health problems, she always had a smile for everyone and a fighting spirit. SMYTH On Thursday, August 19, 1993, James John (Jim) Smyth, late of the Wascana Rehabilitation Centre, Regina and formerly of Saskatchewan Beach, passed away at the age of 88 years. Predeceased by his wife, Florence in 1991 his parents, John ond Lucy-Louisa Smyth; brothers: Stan, Syd and Bill; and sisters: Ruth and Edith. Jim is survived by two sisters-in-law: Edith of Ontario and Peggy of Prince Albert, as well as several nieces and nephews. Jim was born in England in 1905 and came to Canada at age 9 years.

Throughout his life he pursued many careers. He worked as a watch repairman at Eatons, drove cab for Regina Cab Co. and owned and ran a chicken ranch in what is now north Regina. His love of plants and animals showed in the beautiful flowers in and around his cottage and the menagerie of friends in the house. Jim will be sadly missed by his neighbors and friends in Regina and Saskatchewan Beach and the nurses at the Wascana Rehabilitation Centre and the Regina General Hospital The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, August 24, 1993 at 11:00 a.m.
