Elmer Barton, late of Alameda, passed away in Oxbow, on Thursday, May 22, 1986, at the age of 64 years. Mr. Barton is survived by his wife, Beatrice; two sons: Dwight, Olds, Alberta, Glenn, Estevan; four brothers: Seymour, Nipissing, Harold, Powassan, Albert, Trout Creek, Mervin, Orillia, three half-sisters: Eva Pipper, Haliburton, Mary Halituck, Huntsville, Eileen Lamb, Nipissing, four grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents: William and Bella; his step-mother, Irene; two half-brothers: Harry and Lloyd. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, May 26, from the Alameda United Church, with Rev.

L. Kubash. Interment in Balcarres Cemetery. Mrs. Datchko was predeceased by her parents: John and Catherine Golemba; one brother, Joseph; and one sister, Agnes.

She is survived by her husband; one son, Charles and his wife Jean, Balcarres; one daughter, Mrs. Ken (Diane) Wilson, Regina; six grandchildren: Shelley, Tim and Darren Datchko; Charlotte, Jeannette and Angela Wilson; one great-grand-daughter, Christine; three brothers: Stanley Golemba, Hamilton, Frank and Edward Golemba, both of Ituna; four sisters: Mary Datchko, of Regina, Jean Kozey, Kelowna, B.C., Helen Asseltine, Hamilton, and Stella Herman, Chicago, Ill. DEPAZ-May 23, 1986, Hilaria Bernas Depaz, late of 2406 Bolen Bay, passed away at the age of 60 years. Mrs. Depaz was predeceased by her husband, Rafael; and a son, Alberto; and is survived by three daughters: Carmen and Onofre Reyes, of Manila, Fannie and James Madrileios, of Regina, Nora and Franco Belles, of Manila; and a son, Louie Depaz and his fiance Vernice Merryman, of Regina.

Also surviving is a daughter-in-law, Vicky Depaz, of Manila, 14 grandchildren; two brothers; and three sisters. The Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, May 26, 1986, at 7:30 p.m., in Holy Cross R.C. Church, 315 Douglas Avenue East, with Rev. K. Koep, The Celebrant.

Cremation. Arrangements in care of the Lee Funeral Home, John Lipp and John Unser, Funeral Directors. ESCOTT-May 23, 1986, Bert Escott, late of Pioneer Village, passed away at the age of 91 years. Mr. Escott enlisted in the Canadian Army in WW1, was wounded at the Somme in France in 1916 and returned to Canada in 1917, farming near Zehner, Sask.

He later took employment with Sask. Government Insurance retiring in 1960. He later became a Commissionaire. He was predeceased by a daughter, Ivy Trail and leaves to mourn his loving wife, Minnie; a daughter, Muriel (Rolf) Smith of Regina; two sons: Ken (Marlene) of Winnipeg and Irvin (Eileen) of Indian Head. Also surviving are six grandchildren; and a sister Elizabeth Escott of Regina.

The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, May 26, 1986 at 1:30 p.m. in Cameron Memorial Baptist Church, 1280 Cameron Dr. Franklyn Pyles officiating. Interment will be in Riverside Memorial Park. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Sunday, May 25, 1986 between 3:00 and 4:00 p.m.

Calgary He on is May survived by his beloved wife, Helen Marie; his daughter, Joanne (and her husband Reginald Moneo); his grand-daughter, Andrea; his mother, Anastasia Kormylo, all of Regina, a sister, Mary (Ted) Cunning, of Parksville, B.C.; his sister-in-law, Dorothy Harrison, of Regina; and one niece, Peggy Robertson, of Richmond, B.C. He was predeceased by a grandson, who died in infancy. Mr. Kormylo was born in Poland, on June 28, 1922, and came to Canada at an early age. He attended school in Regina and the University of Saskatchewan at Saskatoon.

He served overseas as a pilot in the R.C.A.F. in World War 11, with the rank of Pilot Officer, and spent three years as a prisoner of war after being shot down off the coast of Denmark in an action against the enemy. After his discharge from the R.C.A.F. and completion of his degree at the University of Saskatchewan, he commenced a career in the petroleum industry which he followed actively and successfully throughout the rest of his life. At the time of his death, he was President of a family owned exploration and producing company.

He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion. John Kormylo will be remembered by his many friends for his great spirit of initiative and independence. His life was directed by compassion and integrity, and thus, as throughout his life, when he walked through the valley he feared no evil. Funeral services will be held at HELMSING FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2210 College Avenue, Regina, at 3:30 p.m., on Saturday, May 24, 1986, with Rev. J.

MORTON (Burke)-May 22, 1986, Evelyn Louisa Winnifred Morton (Burke) passed away at the age of 81 years. Predeceased by her first husband, Fred Burke; and a son Gilbert, Evelyn is survived by her husband John (Bill); three sons: Edward Burke of Saskatoon, Ted (Joyce) Burke of Regina, Richard (Kathy) McOwan (Burke) of Regina; five daughters: Bertha (Kasper) Fuchs of Webb, Evelyne Holoboff of Calgary, Jessie (Jake) Braun of Swift Current, Verna Hopkinson of Regina and Patricia Morton of Regina. Also surviving are 13 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and 2 brothers: Albert Johnson of Regina and George Johnson of Orillia, Ont. Mrs. Morton was a kind thoughtful, giving, loving, caring mother.

She will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her. She was a dedicated Baptisted Jehovah Witness who will be in the new paradise that is yet to come. The funeral service will be held in Westminster United Church, 3025 13th Regina, on Monday, May 26, 1986 at 1:30 p.m. Officiants Rev. Ross Williams and Rev. Merle Thompson. A reception will be held immediately following the service in the church parlors.

Interment in Wolseley Cemetery. Predeceased by her husband in 1971; two brothers: Dell and Arthur Perley; two sisters: Blanche Johnson and Helen Perley. Mrs. Swanston is survived by her nieces and nephews: Allan Perley, Wolseley, Noreen Rannie, Binscarth, Jean Stone, Boissevain, Barry Johnson and Yvonne Beaulieu, both of Calgary, Helen Ann Ralston, Surrey, B.C.; several great nieces and nephews. Mrs.

Swanston (nee Perley) was born in Wolseley. She attended the University of Saskatchewan, there receiving her degree in education. She taught for many years majoring in English and French. She was a devoted exemplary minister's wife with many friends. Her spiritual example and loving concern will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

Born in Regina, George was raised in the Stony Beach Area. He received his education at Stony Beach and Peacock High School. George spent most of his life farming with his father on the family farm. In 1973, he married Annette Harvey in Moose Jaw and has resided here since. George spent seven years working at Valley View Center until his retirement in 1979.

He enjoyed sports as a spectator, especially hockey and George enjoyed playing cards. Predeceased by a brother, Burdette and his mother-in-law, Amanda Longpre. He is survived by his wife, Anne, Moose Jaw; his parents: Berton and Edna Wallace, Moose Jaw; one sister, Miss Roberta Wallace, Burnaby, B.C.; three brothers: Martin (Doris) Cedar Valley, Bill (Jody) New Market, Ken (Pat) Regina; two step-daughters: Mrs. Pat (Ron) Gallant, Regina, Darlene Mellquist, Regina, two step-sons: George (Jeanine) Harvey, Oliver, B.C., Lloyd (Lorraine) Cranbrook, B.C., 12 grandchildren; five great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at the W.
