PICK Aron 52, of Montvale on Thursday, December 24, 1998, while vacationing In Nassau, Bahamas. Beloved husband of Alayne (nee Buchwalter). Devoted father of Rebecca and Naomi. Mr. Pick was a founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nydic Open MRI of America.

He received a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from New York University. Mr. Pick was a member of the New York Bar. RADO Arlene Halperin, 52, of Cary, NC, died Friday, December 25, 1998 after a brave struggle with cancer.

She was born on April 18, 1946 in Jersey City, NJ. Arlene was a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, and was employed by Alltel Communications as an Agent Coordinator. Maxine Thomas Hazen, died Tuesday night, November 3, 1998 at his home. Mr. Hazen was born on March 14, 1919 in Bergen County, New Jersey, son of the late Hiram and Charlotte Mulder Hazen. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served during WW II; was a retired school custodian; and was of the Holland Reform Faith.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Maxine Thomas Hazen of the home; three sons and daughters-in-law, Edward and Debra Hazen of North Attleboro, Massachusetts, Thomas and Carol Hazen of Valparaiso, Indiana and Herbert and Cynthia Hazen of Wyckoff, New Jersey; thirteen grandchildren; two sisters and brother-in-law, Helen Junta of Midland Park, New Jersey and Charlotte and John Jeffer of Saint Petersburg, FL; two brothers andsister-in-law, Herbert Hazen of Saint Petersburg, FL and Harold and Mary Hazen of Westwood, New Jersey; and by several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Mr. Hazen was preceded in death by a brother, Henry J. Hazen and by one niece, Alberta Junta.

Funeral Thursday 10:30 AM at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus. Visiting 9-10 AM at the Volk-Leber Funeral of Teaneck. KRIKORYAN Ashod M.D., of Woodcliff Lake, NJ, passed away on December 28th, 1998. He was 79 years old. He was born on June 1, 1919 in Istanbul, Turkey.

He attended L'Ecole De La Maitrise Primary School and St. Joseph French High School in Istanbul. He attended the School of Medicine at The University of Istanbul. After graduating, he attended the Reserve Officers School for Military Training and graduated with the rank of lieutenant as a serving medical officer. He served with the International Red Cross and was assigned to the Middle East Commissariat on behalf of the Palestine Refugee Effort under the auspices of the United Nations.

After qualifying as a general surgeon in Istanbul, he furthered his medical education in the Department of Anesthesiology at Massachusetts Memorial Hospital from 1953 to 1954, completing his residency there. He attended the Children's Hospital, Harvard University Medical School, studying under Robert E. Gross, M.D. and Robert Smith, M.D. Becoming a fellow specializing in Pediatric Anesthesia, he accepted an anesthesia fellowship in Little Rock, Arkansas.

His training continued at St. Barnabas Medical Center. During 1962 to 1963, he became a fellow in anesthesiology at Jersey City Medical Center. Dr. Krikoryan practiced at the Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, New Jersey, until his retirement.

He was a member of the Bergen County Medical Society. His volunteer interests took him to The Christian Medical Society where he performed anesthesia in remote locales in the Dominican Republic. He was also a past president of the Constantinople Armenian Relief Society and president of the Alliance Francaise of Bergen County where his lifelong interest in languages was fulfilled. During his retirement, he worked at the library of the Saddle River Country Day School and also was a medical and legal translator and interpreter. He was predeceased by his wife, Arsho in January, 1998 and is survived by his three children, Varo Krikoryan, Kami iarvis and Aileen Parkinson; and three grandchildren, Cosmo Jarvis, Fletcher Jarvis, and Maximillian Parkinson.

Funeral services will be held at St. Leon Armenian Church in Fair Lawn, NJ on Wednesday, December 30th at 11 AM. Interment at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus, NJ. In lieu of flowers the family is gratefully accepting donations to the Constantinople Armenian Relief Society to benefit the Surp Pirgic Hospital in Istanbul, co Mr. Berc Araz, 66 Ste-phenville Parkway, Edison, New Jersey 08820.

Edie lived in Bogota with her husband, Gerry (deceased 1994) for 30 years, and raised three daughters.

She was an active member of the Church of Ascension in Bogota; a member of the Ladies Auxiliary Hose Company and an employee of Lansdale Inc. of Hackensack before retiring to Florida in 1985. She will be deeply missed by her daughters. Susan. Leslie and Bonnie; her grandchildren, Travis, Josh, Shiobnan, Patrick, Sean, Brianna; her dear in-laws, the Chantlers; and many nieces and nephews.

Edie and Gerry treasured the great friendships made in Bogota, and cherished the dear friends they found in Melbourne.
