Bentz, Joseph August, born 15, 1935, passed away peacefully on Jan. 31, 2005, with his family by his side, after a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 69. He was predeceased by his mother Martha, father Philip, sister Katherine, father-inlaw Steve Bulka brother-in-law Herman Schultz, sister-in-law Josie Bentz. He is survived by: Mary, his loving wife of 47 years; daughters, Brenda (Tom) Perkin, Michael, David and Kristine, Karla (Gary) Eckel, Tyson, Jordan Steven; sons, Logan, Blair (Lorie), Colin, Brendon, Caitlin, Courtney Kelsey, Bradley (Denise), Dylan, Braden, Damian Blaze; one brother George (Mary Jane); 3 sisters, Helen (John) Senft, Phyllis (Garry) Horn, Hilda (Ron) Stagg; 4 brothers-in-law, Joe (Margaret) Bulka, Steve (Maria) Bulka, George (Dorothy) Bulka, Frank (Shirley) Bulka; 3 sisters-in-law, Anne Eggleston, Yolanda Schultz, Elizabeth (Garry) Macza; mother-in-law Rose Bulka; many nieces and nephews. Born on September 23, 1916 in Avonlea, SK, he was the third of seven children born to Sandy and Eva Campbell. He grew up on the family farm and attended Sunshine School. Glen was a natural athlete throughout his entire life, playing ball, rugby, hockey, curling, golf, shuffleboard and tennis. After Grade 12, Glen went to the University of Saskatchewan obtaining his Accounting Degree and Chartered Accountant's Designation in 1942. With the outbreak of World War 11, Glen navigated RCAF bombers stationed in York, England and Aberdeen, Scotland.

He met his sweetie, Fern Hagerty, farm daughter and Registered Nurse on the ice skating rink in Moose Jaw. They married in April 1946. Shortly after, Glen and his brothers a team of 21 young men who custom combined wheat harvests from Texas to the Dakotas. In the spring of 1947 Glen attended his first of six Canadian Curling Championships, winning the MacDonald Brier in 1955 with brothers Garnet, Lloyd and Don. Over the years, his other curling mates were father Sandy, brother Gordon, Jack Keys and Bob Pickering.

Glen was a 25-year Registered Seed Grower in the Pense district from 1950-1995 and a Founding Director of the Palliser Wheat Growers Assocation. He and Fern moved permanently to Regina in 1975 and started wintering in Texas. Glen lost Fern in 1985. He was blessed to have two special women in his life when he met Elsie Teulon. They continued to winter in Texas together, collecting many shuffleboard and golf trophies.

He continued "balancing the books" for his relatives until his 88th birthday. Glen was predeceased by wife Fern, parents Sandy and Eva, brother Don, sister Verna and her husband Bill Evans, and Lloyd's wife, Wilma Campbell. Poppa will be sorely missed by children Doug (Irene) Campbell, Cochrane, AB; Glenys (Rand) Mcintyre, Regina; James Campbell (Steve Stellenwerf), Houston, TX; and his loving companion Elsie Teulon; brothers Lloyd, Pense, Garnet (Deverne) and Gordon, Avonlea; sister Margaret (Archie) Smith, Boulder, CO; sister-in-law Grace Campbell, Toronto; and brother- and sisterin-law Ray and Anna Hagerty, Moose Jaw, as well as numerous nieces and nephews; Grandchildren Keith, Ross and Jennifer Campbell, Lindsay and Brandon McIntyre. Douglas Keil, late of Regina, passed away on Friday, January 28, 2005 at the age of 89 years. Doug's career of 43 years commenced with Canadian Westinghouse Co. in Hamilton Ontario, Canadian Industries Ltd. in Windsor and Montreal, Brown Root Ltd.

in Montreal and finally with the Canadian Salt Company in Windsor, Ontario and Belle Plain, Saskatchewan until he retired in 1980. Doug graduated from the University of British Columbia with a B.A in 1936 and a B.A.Sc in Electrical Engineering in 1937. Doug loved his music playing the piano, the saxophone, the organ and his latest passion was playing the bagpipes. Doug loved keeping busy and was an active member in the Rotary Club, Wascana Golf and Country Club, WaWa Shrine Pipes and Drums, The Masonic Lodge, The Gourmet Club, curling and playing bridge with many friends. The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, February 3, 2005 at 2:00 p.m.

For many years he lived in Regina and retired to Penticton. Allan had a zest for life. He passionately pursued all sports. As a youth he was involved in competitive swimming and played football for the Saskatoon Hilltops. He was an avid hunter and fisherman but his true calling was on the golf course.

He was predeceased by his father Vince and brother Ron. Surviving are his loving family; wife, Delores; his children, Jackie, Colby, Nicole and Cory and their families; his mother, Lillian; siblings Gary, Nancy, Glen, Gail and Ray and their families as well as many friends. A Service to celebrate his life will be held on Friday, February 4, 02005 at 2 p.m. at the Penticton United Church, 696 Main Penticton. Cremation.

Passed away Tuesday, February 1, 2005 in the arms of his loving LARSON- Norman Keith of Regina, SK peacefully joined the arms of his Saviour on Monday, January 31, 2005 in the Pasqua Hospital at the age of 71 years, following a courageous battle with cancer. He was predeceased by his first wife, Shirley Eileen (McGahey); parents, Oscar and Mary Larson; brothers: George, Bennett, Elmer, Phillip, Allan and Ralph Larson; and sisters: Sevy Jobin and Jenny Wright. Norman will be dearly missed by his wife, Rose-Marie (Hegel), son, Robert (Rita) Larson; grandchildren: Ryan and Rance Larson of Fort Providence, N.W.T.; and daughter, Colleen Larson and her life partner, Carol Geisinger of Saskatoon, SK; younger siblings: Everett (Marie) Larson of Yorkton, SK and Lila Larson of Weyburn, SK; step-daughter, Carol (Arnold) Gelowicz of Regina, SK, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Norman was born on December 11, 1933 at Bredenbury, SK and attended school at Rokeby and Yorkton, SK until 1951. He trained and graduated as a psychiatric nurse at Saskatchewan Training School in Weyburn, and worked for 12 years at Valleyview Centre in Moose Jaw. He and his family moved to Fort Smith, N.W.T. in 1967 to work with children in need of protection and care. In 1979 he became employed with N.W.T.

Corrections in Hay River. His first love, Shirley, died in 1984 and Norman retired in 1986. He remarried in 1989 and with Rose-Marie, they enjoyed traveling to Las Vegas and Mexico. They moved to Medicine Hat, AB in 1994 but returned to Regina, SK in 1998. He was active member of the Regina Central Lions Club and Norman Kennedy Presbyterian Church.

Norman also enjoyed writing poetry and has recently published a book of personal poems. A CELEBRATION OF NORMAN'S LIFE will be held at the Regina Funeral Home, Hwy East, on Friday, February 4, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Shirley Barker-Kirby officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Norman's memory to Allan Blair Cancer Center, 4101 Dewdney Regina, SK S4T 7T1, or to the Norman Kennedy Presbyterian Church, 5303 Sherwood Drive, Regina, SK. Surviving are: her sons, Gary (Sylvia), Garth (Marlene), Roy (Jane), and Neil (Susan); and daughter, Joan (Eugene Meyer); fifteen grandchildren; twenty four great grandchildren. Emma's favorite poem which was a reflection of her life: If I can stop one heart from breaking, I shall not live in vain; If I can ease one life the aching, Or cool one pain, Or help one fainting robin Unto his nest again, I shall not live in vain. He leaves to mourn his loving wife Antoinette "Toni" (nee Roy) Sebastian; his daughter Carol Sebastian; his son Daryl Sebastian; his chosen grandson Kiel Smith; his sister Sr. Magdalene; his brothers Joseph, Father Adam, Father Anthony and Ignatius (Mary); his brother-in-law Frank Schatz and many nieces, nephews and friends.

His parents Adam and Mary Sebastian, his brother Father Carl and one sister Mary Schatz predeceased him. Frank was born on October 17, 1933 in Kendal, SK. He had a successful career working at various jobs in various locations, but most notably with the Government of Saskatchewan, Department of Health and Labor Standards. While in scope, he was active with the Saskatchewan Government Employees Union holding several branch and provincial executive positions. He was a member of the Saskatchewan Superannuate Knights of Columbus; affiliate with the Royal Canadian Legion and the ANAVETS, member of the P.A.

Senior Men's Curling Club. Frank and his family were ardent campers, enioyed the many good lake outings, fishing and gathering with family and friends. In winter retirement, Frank enjoyed the time spent with the Seniors Men's Curling club. Frank also enioyed a good game of cribbage, seeking competition from anyone who would challenge him. Cremation will take place with a Memorial Mass to be celebrated at 10:30 a.m.

on Monday, February 7 from the Christ the King Roman Catholic Church, 3225 Garnet Street, Regina by his brothers Father Adam and Father Anthony. It is the family's request that those wishing to place memorials may do so to the charity of the donor's choice. Sybil was born April 14, 1913 on the family farm at Bulyea.
