Marilyn passed away on Thursday, October 31, 2003 at the age of 61 years.

Predeceased by her father Harry Danniger and mother Kathleen Glover; she is survived by three children: Darren (Lisa), Tim (Suzie) and Jodi (Barry) Houlden. Grandchildren; Sydney and Reece Armstrong, Braxton and Brady Holden, step-father William Glover. She is also survived by sisters; Kellie (Scott) Harrison, Jan Fareed, Brothers; Bill, David (Debbie) Glover, numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. Arrangements are in the care of LEE FUNERAL HOME 757-8645 PAUL- Wednesday, October 29, 2003, HENRY FREDERICK PAUL, passed away at the age of 94. He was born on December 23, 1908. He will join his wife Lillian who died August 7, 1991, his parents John and Louise Paul, and sisters Flora Keuhl, Olga Paul, Tillie Gerhardt, and Lena Ohlmann. Henry married Lillian Fleck, September 1939. He spent the maiority of his life farming near Davin, where he raised five children.

In 1967, they moved to Regina where he continued to grain farm from the city. In June, 2001, he moved into the Regina Lutheran Home. Henry was known for his sense of humor, easy-going nature and willingness to help wherever needed, and was dependable at everything he was asked to do. Henry is survived by his two sisters Martha Ohimann and Eda Lindenbach; one daughter, Selma Richter (Jerry) of Edmonton, four sons, Kenneth Paul (May) of Surrey, BC, Ronald Paul (Magdelena) of Davin, Marvin Paul (Suzanna) of Kamloops, BC, Calvin Paul (Susan) of Surrey, BC; eight grandchildren: Doyle Paul of Calgary, Melanie and Kent Richter of Edmonton, Wanda, Tanya (Scott) and Kyle (Kathy) of Regina, Robyn Paul of Kamloops, BC and Jordan Paul of Surrey, BC and six great-grandchildren: Sarah, Daniel, Micheal, Sabrina, John Ross and Bailey. A Celebration of Henry's life will be held at the Regina Funeral Home, Hwy East, on Monday, November 3, 2003 at 2:00 p.m.

He lived his entire life on the Kahkewistahaw and Ochapowace First Nations. Larry's presence will be deeply missed by his entire family. He was considered a respected elder in our family and his guidance will be forever cherished. His devotion to his life long career will be missed by both communities.

Larry is predeceased by his mother, Eliza in 1979; father, Alex in 1962; 3 brothers, Joseph in 1979, Robert in 1984, Mervin in 1998; 1 sister Carol in 1988 and 3 step-brothers, Jack, Ernest and Norman Belanger. He is survived by his common-law wife Audrey; children, Danny (Rebecca), Pamela (Darcy), Delphine (Gene), Shawn, Shane (Nova), Vincent (Stephanie), Lisa (Kenneth), Duane (Tammy), Leslie (Crystal); step-children, Laurie (Danika), Cory (Crystal), Elisha (Nathan); sister, Lena (Leonard); special-sisters, Noreen, Val, Darlene, Marlous, Minerva, Rosalie, Mildred, Verna; sister-in-law, Irene; brothers, Eugene (Molly); special-brothers, Ray, Henry, Aaron, Darnell as well as numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews friends. Along with his wife Sonia and eldest daughter Sherry, Ken moved to Thompson in 1970 to begin work in INCO refinery. Soon Shannon completed the family. A true visionary and entrepreneur, Ken turned his passions of the last 32 years into small business; Thompson Aquarium, Muskegers Brewing and the first internet service of northern Manitoba, Communications. As an active community member Ken served many years as a City Councilor, working on a variety of boards and committees as well as provincial politics. Stepping down from community service in 2000 and an INCO retirement in 2002 allowed Ken time to develop his high speed wireless technologies.

Left to carry on Ken's legacy of strong will, generous spirit and appreciation of the finer things in life are his loving wife Sonia, cherished daughters Sherry (Mark) and Shannon and faithful canine Marvin. He is also survived by sisters Karen (Murray) and Noreen (Eldon), brother Raymond, father and mother-in-law, Edgar and Joan Cooke, brother-in-law, John Cooke (Gerry), plus numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles and friends. He was predeceased by his father, Emile (1968), his mother Mildred (1990) and long time canine companion Oscar (1998). NOTICES 8 DEATH NOTICES MCVETY, WINNIFRED- (formerly Windrem) of Moose Jaw, passed away October 29, 2003. "Winnie" was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba in 1912 and moved with her parents Samuel and Florence Horton to Briercrest 1919. In 1935 she marred Cecil Windrem in Briercrest and they operated the Imperial Oil and John Deer Centre, later farming in the area. In 1962, after Cecil's passing, Winnie worked in retail sales in Calgary and Regina. At retirement in 1974, Winnie received a 10 year Award of Merit from the Regina Hearing Aid Centre.

Throughout the years living in Briercrest and Regina, Winnie was active in the United Church and was a life member of the United Church Women's Association. Winnie was a member of the Regina Seniors Association and was active bowling, playing cards, and dancing. In 1980 Winnie married Albert McVety. They lived in Regina and visited in Canada, Japan and the United States. After Albert's passing in 1986, Winnie kept her own home, walked every day, enioyed needlework and baking until moving to personal care in 1998.

Though the past five years have been challenging, Winnie always kept her faith and was very grateful and loving to her caregivers and family. Winnie is survived by her brother, Harold (Pauline) Horton; sister, Ruby (George) Heath; Orville Windrem, son of Cecil (Mildred) Windrem; son, Ronald (Judy) Windrem; daughter, Audrey Spicer; Albert (Violet) McVety's daughters: Shirley. (Russ) Gregory and Marilyn (Jim) Winterton; as well as several grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, nieces and nephews. Following cremation, there will be a private service. Memorialization will take place at Sunset Cemetery.

Those so wishing may make a contribution to the Moose Jaw Union Hospital Foundation, 455 Fairford St. Moose Jaw, S6H 1H3 in Winnie's memory. "'We know Mom's up in Heaven with our loved ones gone before. She waits with arms wide open When for open up the door." In living memory of Winnie, a tree will be planted in Wakamow Valley by W.J. Canada, on November 2, 2003 at the age of 83 years, following a brief battle with cancer. Joseph was born in 1920 in the village Zahutyn, Ukraine. In 1948 dad immigrated to Canada where he built a millwork business in Regina, which he actively managed until shortly before his death. Actively participating and supporting Ukrainian culture and causes was another of his passions as was the appreciation and collection of works of art. Joseph was predeceased by his first wife Gabriel.

He is survived by his wife Zhenia, his three children; George (Sharon), Orest (Amanda), Daniel (Renate); three stepchildren; Edward (Carmelyn) Gurka, Christine (Stephen) Klein, Roxanna Slobodianiuk (Thomas Boldt) and his grandchildren. His family will dearly miss him and wish to express their sincere appreciation to Dr. Clein and the staff of the Pasqua Palliative Care Unit for their compassionate and attentive care and support. Bill will be sadly missed by his family and friends.

A special thanks to Erica Beisick for her help and kindness to Bill. A MEMORIAL MASS will be held at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, 2026 Winnipeg on Monday, November 3, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Ray Rodriguez, Celebrant.
