COMMUNITY NEWS SEPTEMBER 23, 2010 FF41 ENTERTAINMENT Jazzercise set to be explored at open house event at church Jazzercise combines elements of dance, resistance training, Mates, yoga, kickboxing and more to create programs for people of every age and fitness level. Alternative formats include Jazzercise Lite, Jazzercise Personal Touch and Junior Jazzercise. cise program and a free workout. Admission is free to everyone, and participants should dress to exercise. Refreshments will also be served.

The 60-minute Jazzercise class includes a warm-up, high-energy aerobic routines, muscle-toning and cool-down stretch segment. HASBROUCK HEIGHTS Rose Pasek, a Jazzercise instructor, will offer a free-for-all Jazzercise open house from 8:30 a.m. to noon on Sept. 27 at the St. John the Divine Church 229 Terrace Has-brouck Heights.
