FRASER- Saturday, December 30, 1995, Flora Mildred Fraser, age 51 years, of Regina, passed away peacefully into the arms of her Creator.

Among those who await her are an infant brother, Charles; her mother, Mary Bitternose; and maternal grandparents, Harry and Louise Bitternose. To cherish her memory, Flora leaves her loving husband, Dan Fraser; her children: Darcy (Glenace) of Regina, Harold of Regina, Keith of Gordon First Nation, Thomas (Heather) of Regina, Daniel of Regina, Cameron (Brenda) of Southey, Penny (Dion) and Raymond of Regina; one brother, Wilfred (Barbara) Bitternose of Gordon First Nation; father, Leslie Kinequon of Daystar First Nation. The light of Flora's life were her grandchildren: Monica, Candace and Tanis Geddes, Tania, Trevor, Terence and Craig Alexson, Daniel Kaiswatum, David and Brendan Fraser, Jesse, Jody and Brandi Rae, Mathew Geddes, Dana and Marie Hoeft and Tyler Gillespie. Flora also leaves to mourn a special aunt, Sybil (Sam) Geddes and a special cousin, Sarah Laslo; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Flora was born and raised on the Gordon First Nation.

She married Dan in 1962 and together they raised a family of seven boys and one girl. In recent years Flora had been partially paralyzed due to a brain tumor. Her time was greatly eased by the loving and attentive care of Dan and her children. Flora was a very caring and loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. It was her role as grandmother that brought her many moments of joy when her grandchildren visited.

In spite of her physical limitations, Flora gave unselfishly of herself to family and friend alike. She had a wonderful sense of humor that rarely faltered. Flora will forever remain a beautiful memory in the hearts of those who love her. Prayers will be held on Tuesday, January 2, 1996 at 7:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Lee Funeral Home, 3101 Dewdney Regina, with Rev.

Arthur Anderson, presiding. A Wake will be held on Wednesday, January 3, 1996 at 5:00 p.m. from Gordon First Nation School Gymnasium. The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, Janvary 4, 1996 at 2:00 p.m. from Gordon First Nation School Gymnasium with Archdeacon Ken Buchan, officiating.

John Petkau Michael Shevchuk Ron Ripplinger McLEAN- On Friday, December 29, 1995, ALEXANDER DANIEL McLEAN, late of Regina, Sask. passed away at the age of 76 years. Predeceased by his parents, Daniel and Agnes; sister, Sadie and brother-in-law, Dawson Ardelan; niece, Sharon Ardelan and brother-in-law, Robert Kincaid. Alexander is survived by his loving wife, Catherine; sister, Marge Kincaid; nephew, Dean Kincaid; and niece, Shirley Ardelan. Alexander worked for the City of Regina for 25 years.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, January 3, 1996 at 10:30 a.m. in Good Samaritan Roman Catholic Church, 425 Broad St. N. with Rev. F.

Mrs. Campbell was predeceased by her husband, W.K. (Ken) Campbell, on November 14, 1995, her daughter, Mariorie, in 1953; five brothers: Henry, John, Bernie, Charlie and Christopher Winn, and her sister, Christina Read. She is survived by her son Bob Campbell and his wife, Carol, Wolseley, her grandchildren: Allison (Philip Holzer, Estevan; Lindsay (Janice) Campbell, Edmonton, Alberta; Todd (Ranchelle) Campbell, Calgary, Alberta and four great grandchildren: Dylon, Marshall, and Bailey Holzer and Graham Campbell. Arrangements in care of the Tubman Funeral Home, Wolseley (1-800-667- MAYER- -Pauline Catherine (Exner) It is with sadness we announce the passing of our mother, Pauline, at the age of 86 years after a short and courageous battle with cancer on December 30, 1995. Pauline was born in Regina on November 21st, 1909, to John and Antonia Exner, the first of seven children. She was predeceased by her husband, Adam in 1954; her daughter, Loverna in 1993; bother her parents and her stepfather, Anton Sentz; her halfbrother, John Sentz in 1993; her brother Joseph in 1994; and several brothers and sistersin-law. She leaves to mourn her loving children, son Morley (Glennis) of Regina and chil- dren Brenda of Regina, Bonnie and daughter Sarah of Calgary, Cheryl and son Chad of New Brunswick; her daughter Sandra (Albert) Will of Saskatoon and children Darren of Regina and Angela (Boyd) Adam of Edmonton, son-in-law Melvin Elsner and children Brent, Heather (Monty) Clifford and great grandson, Brandon, all of Regina; her brothers, Dan Exner, Andy (Madeline) Exner, her sisters, Helen Schneider, all of Regina; Eva Whatmore, London, Ont. and numerous other relatives and friends.

Pauline lived in Regina all her life except for a few early years spent on the farm in Davidson. Pauline was a lifetime member of the C.W.L., the Order of St. Francis and the Columbian Ladies. She was also an active volunteer of the Santa Maria Nursing Home until her illness. For the last 20 years Pauline lived in the Heritage on Lorne Street.

She enioyed the friendship of the many residents of the Heritage and took pleasure in doing favors and errands for her friends. A Vigil of Prayer will be held Wednesday, January 3, 1996 at 7:30 p.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel celebrated by Friar Dominic Tessier. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated by Rev. John Ryan Prince on Thursday, January 4, 1995 at 12 Noon in Blessed Sacrament Church, 2049 Scarth concelebrated by Rev.

Dan Lucey, Rev. Syl Lewans O.M.I. and Rev. Leo Engel O.M.I. Active pallbearers will be Fred Exner, Lynn Sentz, Harvey Schneider, George Exner, Dennis Schneider and Bob Exner.

Honorary pallbearers will be members of Blessed Sacrament C.W.L. Interment will be beside her husband, Adam at Riverside Memorial Park Cemetery. Clarence W. "Snubby" Poole of 1030 Connaught Moose Jaw, passed away on Saturday, December 30, 1995 at the age of 73 years. Clarence was born, raised and educated in Moose Jaw. He served his country in World War 11. On September 30, 1950 he married the former Yvonne Goodine and the couple lived in Moose Jaw all their lives.

Clarence worked for B.A. Oil and Gulf Oil together for over thirty years. He was a very kind and gentle man. He enioyed all types of sports as a spectator and was an avid golfer. Predeceased by his parents; his wife, Yvonne in 1986; and two brothers: Ken and Joe.

He is survived by one ter, Marlene (David) Reid Saskatoon; three sons: Brian (Evelyn) Regina, Bill (Brenda) Moose Jaw, Robert (Gina) Edmonton; and eight grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held at W.J. Jones Son Funeral Chapel, Wednesday, January 3, 1996 at 1:30 p.m. Reverend Frank Mitchell will officiate. MERKLEY- -Ida Lillian Merkley of Moose Jaw, passed away on Saturday, December 30, 1995 at the age of 73 years. Born at Hardy, Sask. on October 19, 1922, Ida moved with her family to Moose Jaw at an early age.

She was predeceased by a brother, Albert who was killed with the Armed Forces in 1944; and her parents, Charles and Lillian Merkley. She is survived by one brother and three sisters: Chester Merkley, Zella (Vern) Ronning Moose Jaw, Doris (Bert) Lang Vernon, B.C., Ellen (Roy) Albert Winnipeg, several nieces, nephews and two great-nieces. passed away at the age of 83 years. He was born June 29, 1912 in Regina. He was predeceased by his parents, John and Amelia (Hildebrandt) Meyer; brothers: Joe and Peter; sisters: Amy Shook and Mary Blaise. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Mary (Arnusch); one son, Ron (Joan); and two grandchildren: Sandra (Laurie) Walterson and Stephen Meyer; two great grandchildren: Alyssa Marie and Aric Anthony Walterson; As a young boy, Tony worked at the Leader Post as a paper boy. He was the watchmaker at the Army and Navy for approximately 40 years.

He continued to do watchmaking after he retired and stamp collecting was his life long hobby along with his special niece, Rita Miller. Tony, as a spouse, great grandfather, grandfather, father and friend was always ready and willing to help. (Phone 522-7678) Hewitt Helmsing Lorne Palmer Garry Bruce MICHELL-Patricia (Pat) Michell aged 59 years of Avonlea, Saskatchewan passed away on Friday, December 29, 1995. In keeping with Pat's wishes a private family service will be held and burial of cremains will take place in the family plot in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. Pat was born in Swift Current, Sk. where she received her education.

She married Larry Michell in Swift Current in 1957. For the past five years Pat has resided in Avonlea. Pat was predeceased by her parents, and one sister Margaret. She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband of 39 years Larry, son Tom (Donna) and grandchildren: Kyle and Ashley, all of Swift Current; son Ron of Avonlea; two brothers: Bill (Marg) of Swift Current; Mike (Queenie) of Regina; one sister Helen of Elrose, two nieces: Vicki (Frank) Bode of Moose Jaw, Louise Ingram of Calgary. Hugh was born and raised in the Preeceville area. He farmed in the Sturgis district until his retirement after which he remained happily in the community. He is survived by, Olga (Myhr) his loving wife of 58 years; his daughter Carole (Jim) Boyle of Kamloops; his son Allan (Theresa) of Yorkton; one sister Edna Mattison of Preeceville; five grandchildren; and one great grandchild; as well as many nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thank the doctors and staff of the Preeceville Union Hospital and the Pasqua Hospital for their dedicated care and support during this difficult time. Many thanks to family and friends who helped in so many ways.

GUY-MR. CECIL GUY, late of Regina passed away on December 31, 1995 at the age of 83. Predeceased by his parents and his only sister, Lavetta. He is survived by his loving wife, Jessie; his son, Les; and daughter-inlaw, Jeanne; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and special friend of the family Alice Russell. A Service of Remembrance will be held at 2:00 p.m.

Ferne was born in Douglas, Nebraska, January 24, 1902. She was predeceased by parents Alice and Gilbert Ball, husband Henry Pigeon, sister Vera Bolianatz, brother Ken Ball, daughter Darlene MacKenzie, daughters-in-law Louise Pigeon and Bridget Pigeon, granddaughter Pat Pigeon, grandsons Shawn Pigeon and Donnie McKenzie, great grandchildren Brandi Pigeon and David Pigeon.

Ferne came to Canada in her mothers arms at 6 weeks old when family immigrated from Nebraska. Sister Vera was two.

They homesteaded north east of Rouleau, then purchased Maple Pointe Ranch. Ken, Verna Mae and Vivienne were later born into the family. Ferne attended West Lynn and Longview country schools. As a teenager life was full with activities such as picnics at the ranch, visits with relatives, friends and music. Grandpa Ball played his violin and the girls learned to play piano.

She married Henry Pigeon in 1924 and had four children: Omer, Darlene, Douglas and Lyman. They farmed in the Rouleau district until retiring to town in the 50's. Their home in Rouleau was originally built by grandfather Franklin Ball then moved from the farm into town. Henry passed away November 1, 1960. Ferne later went to work as a nursing aid in various nursing homes in Regina, Moose Jaw and Vancouver.

She retired in 1972 to her Rouleau home until moving to Regina Pioneer Village in 1987. Ferne enjoyed it here and made many friends among residents and staff. Funeral Service will be held at Rouleau United Church, Wednesday, January 3, 1996 at 2:30 p.m. Pastor Carolyn Argue officiating. Interment will be held at a later date.

Webster was born on his parents homestead near Hearne on January 4, 1909. He was predeceased by his parents, George and Margaret Webster; and by his brother, George. He is survived by his loving wife of fifty-five years, Kay (nee Dean); son, Brian (Terry) and their children Tanis, Erin, and Mackenzie from Hearne, son, Allan (Linda) and their children Leanne (Jim), Julie and Kevin from Courtenay, B.C.; daughter, Willa (John) Osborne and their chitdren Derek, Brad and Greg from Dorintosh, Sask. Bill farmed in the Hearne district for fifty years, before retiring to Regina in 1979. His first love was farming.

He also developed a keen interest and ability in carpentry, especially cabinet making. Bill took an active role in the Hearne community and United Church and was a Past Master of the Briercrest Drinkwater Masonic Lodge. He enioyed music and contributed his talents playing the organ and singing in church choirs. Many winter evenings were spent at the curling rink in Hearne where he enjoyed friendly competition with neighbors and friends. After moving to Regina he enjoyed bowling and learned to golf.

Bill was a long time member of the Pasqua Pioneer Activity Group, and treasured his time spent there with friends playing pool and cribbage. He was a proud father and grandfather, and a loving and devoted husband. Although he has departed from us, his spirit will remain with us always.
