Predeceased her husband Mars, sister Blanche and sister- inlaw Betty; she is survived by her daughter Diana Tarnowsky, grandson Geoffrey (Surrenda) King, great grandson Maverick: granddaughter Tara King, her sister Barbara as well as nieces and nephews. Sean worked many years with BC Tel in Kamloops, Princeton and Abbotsford. Sean is the eldest of 16, and is survived by twelve of his brothers and sisters, and numerous nieces, nephews and relatives in both Ireland and North America. He supported many Christian organizations to help spread the Gospel. He struggled to live a little longer to be with us, but Jesus said his work was done-time to come home. We dearly miss him. He is lovingly remembered and will be profoundly missed by his wife Edith. his daughter Kelly (Patrick), his son, Bill Shortreed, and his grandchildren, Jaxson and Madison Knill and Kaya Shortreed, his dog, Sadie; also, by his mother, Jean Shortreed and his sister.

On December 19, 1964 he married Firoz. Alykhan had an insight into the possible turn of events in Africa and made plans to immigrate to Canada in 1971. He and Firoz resolved to make a better life for their family in British Columbia. In the earlier years, Alykhan owned a number of small businesses, including grocery stores, motels and even selling motorcycles. Eventually, he went back to school and earned his Dogwood at the top of his class.

He worked for Indian Affairs for 18 years until retirement. Coworkers would recall Christmas Carolling, Mother's Day gifts and his relentless sense of humour. Alykhan was devoted to the community. He belonged to the Lions Club of B.C. (Powell River), was the past president of the Indian Music Society, a founding member of Alankar Productions past president of the Riding Association of North Vancouver.

Liberal Party of British Columbia. Family was number one to Alykhan. He is survived by his loving wife Firoz, children: Zeineen (Neil Seale), Zebeen (Alan K. Sharda) and Hafez (Kam Panju). His four surviving grandchildren will lovingly remember him "Ali Baba" and Extended family will miss his care and attention to the family genealogy, keeping record of all milestone events.

Alykhan was creative, resourceful, social person, who walked to the beat of his own drum. He passed away February 4, 2016 at Crossroads Hospice in Port Moody. Thank you to the doctors, nurses and volunteers who cared for him in his last days. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, along with sons Johnnie (Cherry), Ricci (Corrina) and five grandchildren. Adriano is preceded in death by his son Frankie (Paola) in 2012.

Donn was born on July 2, 1934 in North Battleford, Saskatchewan to Walter Arthur Whiting and Charlotte Margaret Whiting (nee McDonald). They subsequently changed their names to Loyd and Leta Wheating. He was predeceased by his three brothers Bryon, Loyd and Collin. Donn i is survived by his deeply devoted wife of over 60 years Mary Lou; their three children Tony (Becky), Holly and Dane (Vickie); grandchildren Mark. Eric, Melissa, Mandy, Grant and Rachel; and great -grandchildren Seth, Rayne, Colton, Trevin, Sara, Samiah, Camryn and Layla.

As a young man, Donn was athletically gifted. He excelled at every sport he tried, and he played them all: lacrosse, soccer, basketball, and in his later years he loved his bowling. He was most involved in lacrosse, playing when he was younger and coaching later on. His proudest achievement was when he and his PNE Indians teammates won the Minto Cup in the 1954 junior lacrosse championships. Donn spent over 40 years in the heavy duty truck parts business, where he was very well respected by colleagues, customers and employees.

He 36 years as co-owner of "99" Truck Parts, and he played integral part in building, the it business successful and to giving this it day. the roots Donn so was truly the epitome of a 'gentle man." He will always be remembered for his kindness and patience. Through his and Mary Lou's devotion and hard work, they created a beautiful and wonderful life for their family. There be no service by request but Donn's ashes will be scattered in two of his favourite places on earth, Maui and Mahood Lake. The family would like to thank the 3 North nurses at Maple Ridge Hospital for their excellent care, and a special thank you to Christina for her invaluable help with Donn over the last year.

Brian born in Vancouver and grew up in New Westminster. He married Sharon and acquired his B.Comm (UBC) in '57, MBA (UofW) in '58, Ph D. (Cornell, Phi Kappa Phi) in '64. He lived and worked in Deep River, Ottawa, London, was a member of the National Academy of Arbitrators, Professor at UofA (24yrs), UBC and retired to Crescent Beach in '92. Brian was the most wonderful husband, loving father, doting grandfather and a mentor to many students.

He was a gracious gentleman well known for his work ethic, honesty, integrity and loyalty a true friend. He loved to golf, fish, play tennis, fix motors, winter in Rancho Mirage and summer at Crescent Beach. The family would like to thank the Palliative Care Team of PAH, who helped make Brian comfortable for his last few weeks. A celebration of Brian's life will be held Monday, February 15, 2:30 p.m. at Crescent United Church, 2756 127 Street, Surrey.
