There, are now three candidates seeking the nomination on the Republican ticket, C. C. Ferber and Charles Raine, of this city, and John F. Lynch, of Carbon dale. SCOTT IS ALSO OUT.

William J. Scott, of West Scranton, today notified the county commissioners that he is out of the fight for the Democratic nomination for clerk of the courts. ROSAR STILL IN FIGHT. There was a story printed today that Charles G. Rosar had gotten out of the race as a candidate for the nomination for county treasurer on the Democratic ticket.
