Special to The Truth. Harvey' Lake, May 20. With sessions this morning andi this afternoon the forty 6ixth annual convention of the Susquehanna Dental Association we concluded today. One of the features of the session this morning was the address by Dr. L.

C. Kirk, dean of t)ie University of Pennsylvania. Dr. C. 6.

Van Horn, of Bloomsburg, also delivered an interesting address this morning. This afternoon the installation of the president was the most interesting feature. The convention was one between Dickson store and Mt. Jer n.r nipa.se return to Mrs. Thomas Murphy.

Mt. Vernon. SOU Mrs. Mary Donnelly, widow of Patrick Donnelly, erf South Scranton. does not propose to accept the provisions of her husband's will which was probated Tuesday.

The law gives her the right to one half of her husband's estate and she has filed a papor with the register claiming this. She has also refused to leave the familv residence, 622 Beech street, which was left by ber husband to their son. Owen, together ith tlhe hotel business, which Is conducted In the building. "I have claiemd my rights under the law," said Mrs. Donnelly today, "and will Insist upon them.

My children, have been discriminated against, will beigln a contest against the will alleging that undue Influence was used to get my husband to frame the will that has been probated." By the will "Mrs. Donelly was given the use of a house at "JO Beech street and $20 a month as long as she remains unmarried. The estate of deceased is valued at about $60,000. To break the will, so far as sho is concerned. Mrs.

Donnelly had only to file an objection to it In the register's office. A house and lot at Beech street and Irving avenue is wiiled to a son Arthur; a house and lot on Beech street and Prospect avenue was willed to Aloyslus, another son, and to Joseph, Julia and Roue, three other children, the father bequeathed $100 to eaell to be paid ten years after his death. To another daughter, ETllen, he left $300 to be paid at the end of ten and the remainder of his estate was bequeathed to Owen, the favorite child. The children, except Owen, will contest for the distribution of th half of the estate which Is left aftef their mother's share Is paid. Hon.
