PETER, about five feet, 4 inches high, 20 years old; no particular mark except somewhai bow legged; wears linen pantaloons, shoes, palm leaf hat or old cap, and light mixed coarse jeans dress coat. 8. ROBERT, IS years old, 5 feet 4 Inches high, heavy made; no sign or mark; wears a palm-leaf hat or blue worsted cap, linen pantaloons, roundabout or summer coat, and shoes. They will probably aim to go down on a steamboat. A reward of ten dollar will be given for each, if taken in the State and secured in jail os that 1 can get them.

Barton, one of the heirs of John Collins, it is ordered by the Court that John Y. Stern, administrator of the estate of John Collins, sell allthe right, title, claim and interest that the said deceased had at the time of his death in and to the following described Real Estate, to-wit: The west half of the south west quarter of section twenty-five, township fifty-two, range seventeen, containing eighty acres; the north east quarter of section twenty-six, township fifty-two, range seventeen, containing one hundred and sixtv acres; the east half of the south east quarter of section twenty-two, township fifty, range seventeen, containing eighty acres; the south east fractional quarter of xeclion twenty-six, township fifty-two, range seventeen, containing ninety-six fifty-seven one hundredth seres and six and one-fourth acres, embracing a Tan Yard. Woods, the payment of certain sum of money in said deed specified, 1 will on the day ot December 154J, betors the Uourt House duor, in Fayette, proceed to sell, to the highest bidiler, tor cash, all the right, title, claim and interest, conveyed to me as Trustee by said Deed of Trust, in and to the following described tract-or pnrcels of land, to-wit: Two hundred acres ot Innd. being part uf a S.mnish grant.
