Huber, Lipton, age 86 years.

The funeral service will be held in the Living Christ Lutheran Church, Lipton, on Tuesday, February 10, 1998, at 2:00 p.m. Officiant Rev. Richard Zimmerman. Interment in Lipton Memorial Gardens. Mr.

Huber was predeceased by his wife Elsie in 1994, daughter Joyce Kemerle In 1976 and his brothers and sisters: Charlie and George Huber, Kay Schick and Caroline Farrell. He is survived by two sons: Herb (Heather) Huber, Sarnia, Mel Huber, Lipton. One daughter Linda (Garth) Smith, Maverthorpe, AB. Eight grandchildren: Enid (Lawrence) Suttorp, Otto (Tanis) Kemerle and Ingrid (Darryl) Rempel, all of Winnipeg, Julie Huber, London, Shellie Huber, Mississauga, Scott Smith, Chris Smith and Michael Smith all of Edmonton, AB. Three great grandchildren: Hilary and Eric Suttorp and Kaitlyn Rempel.

Two sisters and one brother: Martha (Herb) Senft, Regina, Henry J. Huber, Lipton, and Betty (Arnold) Baker, Regina. Mr. Huber is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and many other numerous relatives. In lieu of flowers, it friends so desire, contributions to the Living Christ Lutheran Church, Lipton, SOG 3B0 may be tokens of remembrance.

Arrangements In care of the Tub-man Funeral Home, Fort Qu'Appelle, 8 DEATH NOTICES SCOTT Mr. Vernon Scott aged 76 years of Moose Jaw, passed away on Friday, February 6, 1998. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 11, 1998 at 2 p.m. in the Parkview Funeral Chapel. Rev.

Ted Briffett will officiate and burial of cremains will take place at a later date in the Veteran's section Rosedale Cemetery. Vernon was born and educated in Moose Jaw. He ioined the Royal Navy in 1941 and in 1944 he transferred to the Royal Canadian Navy where he served until his honourable discharge in 1945. He later worked for the Dept, of Highways until his retirement in 1982. Vernon was predeceased by his father Joseph in 1969, and mother Daisy in 1992.

He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sister Rose (John) Smith of Summer-land, B.C.; two brothers: Gordon of Moose Jaw, Douglas (Lynn) of Regina and numerous nieces and nephews. DROZDA February 6, 1998 Annie, late of Fort Qu'Appelle, formerly of Dysart passed away at the age of 90 years. She was predeceased by her husband Jack (1992), grandson Mark Drozda (1997), parents Joseph and Eva Bubyn, one sister Kate Schur, brothers: Fred, Harry, Mike and John Bubyn. Annie Is survived by daughter Bernice (Ian) MacDougall of Este-van, sons Joseph (Arlene) of Lipton and Donald (Velma) of Island View, Sask. Also left to mourn are seven grandchildren: Scott (Margo) MacDougall, Mitzi (Tom) Flett, Jackie (Larry) Kline, Douglas (Sharon) Drozda, Clara (Dan) Barton, Micheal and David Drozda. Eleven great grandchildren, four sisters-in-law, Bessie Bubyn, Annie Bubyn, Mary Bubyn and Frances Ross as well as many nieces and nephews.

Prayers will be held Sunday, February 8, 1998 at 7:30 pm in Holy Eucharist Ukrainian Catholic Church, Dysart, Sask. Olive (Peacey) passed away peacefully February 5, 1998 at Saskatoon City Hospital. Predeceased by her parents, six siblings, her husband Dr. H.M. Schweitzer, and daughter Lynne, Olive Is survived by her daughter Maida and George, Jeff, Stuart and Anne; as well as Lynne and Murray's family: Paula, Susan, Pam, Mark, Penni, Trisha, Paige, John, Lynne, their spouses and nine great grandchildren; brother Wes (Marg), Janet In Victoria, nieces and nephews. Olive was born March 8, 1907 in Regina.

Upon graduation from Teachers College, she taught In the city and surrounding areas. As well she studied piano and voice, achieving her ACTM, University of Toronto Conservatory of Music. Further studies In Chicago brought opportunities for advanced training in Europe. Instead she chose the role of wife, mother, community worker and teacher. With her husband, Olive played an active part in the United Church and musical circles or Regina.

She sang in operas, was President of the Regina Musical Club, Shrine Auxiliary, Orpheus Club, and she was Provincial Commissioner of Girl Guides. Later she taught and lived for almost 30 years in Victoria where she was close to Lynne's family. Just recently she returned to her prairie roots. Olive will be lovingly remembered for her beautiful spirit, her devotion to family, her remarkable strength and courage, ioyous sense of humor, and genuine concern for others. We will cherish her memory forever.

Thank you to the caring and respectful staff at Saskatoon City Hospital, and to Dr. Sharma and Dr. Hill. A special thank you to Saskatoon Home Care. With the assistance to the wonderful Home Care aides and nurses, Mom was able to maintain her independence right to the end.

A celebration of her life will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, February 12, 1998 in Regina at Knox Metropolitan Chapel, conducted by Celia Ricker. She ioined her beloved husband Alex, who passed on April 6, 1972, her son Howie, who passed on September 15, 1995, her father John Okute (LeCaine) who passed on March 27, 1963, her mother Helen Tawiyika, passed on November 11, 1918, her step-mother Christine Okute (Laswisse) who passed on May 23, 1993, and other family members.

Stella grew up at Woodmountaln, Saskatchewan, amidst her family and friends. Being educated by grandparents, parents, uncles, aunties, and cousins she knew the language, history and customs of her Lakota people. Working along side her father she hunted, trapped, farmed land, broke horses, and tended to cattle. With her mother Christine, she sewed, beaded, did porcupine quill work and prepared all types of food.

In her later teens, Stella went out into the community to work on ranches and farms to supplement her family's income. She was 21 years of age when she met Alex Goodwill of Fort Qu'Appelle. They were married and settled on the Goodwill family farm at Standing Buffalo. Together they not only raised their 13 children but numerous nephews and nieces, and many friends. Their generous hospitality was known by many.

Stella was know for her colorful beadwork, porcupine quill work and satin star quilts which she sold to supplement her income. She also worked as a housekeeper for people in the Fort Qu'Appelle and Be Say Ta area. Stella served her community as a respected elder and role model. Three years ago she became a Senator for the R.C.M.P. and remained until her passing.

Stella will always be remembered for her kindness, generosity and knowledge; her compassion, faithfulness and spirituality; her imagination, ingenuity and playful humor; and her honesty and trustfulness. She treated everyone with respect and dignity. She passed on her traditional knowledge to her family as it Is displayed by her children today. The most important message she left for her children was "TO LOVE ONE ANOTHER AND TO LIVE IN She recently fulfilled her lifelong dream to reunite with her people of the Cheyenne River Lakota Sioux Nation in South Dakota. Stella completed her life Iourney here on Earth, her work was finished.

She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. SENATOR STELLA GOODWILL began her spiritual iourney Friday, February 6, 1998. Family and friends are invited to loin in the celebration of her iourney at the wake service on Monday, February 9, 1998 at 8:00 p.m. at Standing Buffalo Community Center, Standing Buffalo Reserve. to Stanley and Edna Aldous. She married Frank Rose in 1942 and they lived in Wey-burn for a number ot years until returning to Moose Jaw in 1955, where she has since resided. Winnie worked at Swartz Metal and was a switchboard operator at Valley View Centre. She was a life member of the United Church of Canada UCW and Grandview United Church. She was actively involved in the Grandview Quilters Club.

Her favorite past time was making quilt blocks, quilting and listening to music. She enioyed her yard, gardening, visiting with her grandchildren and travelling. MORGAN The death of Mrs. Cluda Belle Morgan age 88 years of Saskatoon occurred on Friday, February 6, 1998 at St. Paul's Hospital. She was deeply loved and will be sadly missed by her daughter June (Jim) Bortolotto; five grandchildren: Wendy (Ed) Weitzel, Jim Jr, (Era) Bortolotto, Karen (Rob) Patzer, Carla Bortolotto, Laura (Don) Nashelm; five great grandchildren: Carolyn (Clay) Ganton, Jeffrey Weitzel, Stephanie end Michael Patzer and Camila Bortolotto; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband William (Bill), her parents Samuel and Sarah Forsay; one sister Mary Jane (Minnie) Reid; three brothers; George, John and Steve Forsey.

Cluda was born In Grand Bank, Newfoundland on October 26, 1909. She came to Borden, SK. with her parents In April of 1912. She took her schooling In Borden, and attended Saskatoon Business College. After her marriage to Bill Morgan, she lived most of her married life In Borden and Saskatoon.

Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 10, 1998, from Westwood Funeral Chapel, 1402 20th Street West, and the Funeral Service will be Wednesday, February 11, 1998 at 1:30 p.m. from The Borden Community Hall with Rev. Arlene Reynolds officiating.

Bill was born in Weyburn, SK on August 5, 1940. He graduated from Weyburn Collegiate and obtained secondary education In Electronics. In 1960, Bill fulfilled his dream of gaining employment with IBM and enioyed a long and successful career with them, culminating with a Branch Manager position in Customer Service for the Saskatchewan Region. Bill also realized another dream as he owned and operated a farm for many years In the Weyburn area. Aside from farming, his relaxation came through time spent at his lake property, boating and socializing.

Bill was loved by all, and his friends and neighbors always enioyed a chat with him. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held on Wednesday, February 11, 1998 at 2:00 p.m. at Regina Funeral Home, Hwy 1 East, (access off Prince of Wales Drive). A reception will follow In the Regina Funeral Home Arbor Room.
