Predeceased by her parents, Salma age and Stephen; her sister, Wally; her brothers, Nick and Marcus; sister-in-law, Fran Klotz; brothers-in-law, Casper Gerein, Doug Appleton and Peter Thuringer.

Kay is dearly loved and remembered by her sisters, Tillie Thuringer and Elsie Gerein; brothers, Frank, Tom (Mary), John, Adam and Peter; sistersin-law, Barbara and Rose Klotz; as well as numerous special nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and friends. Kay retired from her position as Executive Secretary with the Sask. Wheat Pool after more than 35 years of service. After Kay's retirement she devoted her time to her church, family and friends. She was a member of the CWL and an active member of the Holy Rosary Cathedral.

Kay enioyed travelling and was a long time "Rider" fan. She was very close to her family and friends. Kay was regarded as an "acting" mother, will always be and in our big thoughts and prayers. A grandmother sister to her family. Kay Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, September 27, 1996 at 8:00 p.m.

Predeceased in 1969 by husband George Melville Weeks; by son Gary in 1989; and by brother Steel Allcock in 1941. Sylvia is survived by loving daughter Meldeen and son-in-law Dr. Neil Clarke both of Moose Jaw. She is also survived by three brothers: Esmond Allcock (Helen) of Kerrobert, Bruce Allcock (Mary) of Battleford and Doug Allcock (Marg) of Kerrobert; by three sisters: Jean Williams of Revelstoke, Gwen (Bill Low) Delta, B.C., and Fern (Bert Vincent-dec.) of Outlook; by four grandchildren: Darrell Adams (Wendy) of Regina, Brad Clarke (Wanda) of Grande Prairie, Tyler Clarke of Moncton, N.B., and Melissa (Clarke) Stomp of Saskatoon.

Affectionately called "Tibby" by her siblings. Sylvia is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and more that thirty nieces, grand-nieces, nephews and grand-nephews. Sylvia Allcock was born at Belle Plain and grew up in the Moose Jaw district where she attended high school. Tuberculosis forced her to leave her nursing education program, but she eventually completed Normal School. In 1935 she married George Melville Weeks.

The couple farmed near Richardson where they raised two children: Gary (1937) and Meldeen (1944). Following Mel's untimely death in 1969, Sylvia lived with her mother Ethel Allcock in Kerrobert until passing in 1988. A memorial service will be held at the Kerrobert United Church on Saturday, September 28, 1996 at 2:00 P.M. Pastor Don Retzlaff presiding. There will also be a grave-side service by Rev.

He leaves to cherish his memory long time companion, Anna Westgate of Mississauga. He also leaves several aunts, uncles and cousins. His memory will be indelibly ingrained with affection in the minds and hearts of many colleagues and friends in Calgary and Edmonton. Burial in the Regina Jewish Cemetery. HUSTON-Nelson Earle passed away September 24, 1996 heart failure at age 88. Survived by his wife of years, Nellie; and his two grandchildren, Mary Lynn (Art) and Gordon (Terry); grandchildren, Robert, Kerris, Trina, Christie and Salim; great-grandchildren, Morgan, Julie, Brandon and Kristen; brothers, Gordon and Lloyd; sister, A noted horticulturist and hybridizer of Dahlias, who distinguished himself both nationally and internationally; a loyal Canadian who served his community well. His Dahlias graced gardens throughout the world. After 39 years of service he retired from the Saskatchewan Cooperative Creamery as General Manager in 1968. He served President of the Saskatchewan Junior Chamber of Commerce, Regina Chamber of Commerce, Canadian Gladiolus Society, Vancouver Dahlia Society and the B.C.

Council of Garden Clubs. He was Vice-President of the Canadian Junior Chamber of Commerce and Former Director of the Saskatchewan Transport Company, Saskatchewan Government Telephones and Motor Transport Association. Well known Judge, Exhibitor and major prize winner in national competitions of Gladiolus and Dahlias for over 40 years. He will be sadly missed by family and friends. Richmond Funeral Home 273-3748 JOHNSON-On September 19, 1996, Agnes Clara Violet Johnson passed away in Lethbridge, Ab. at the age of 90. Predeceased by her parents Carl (1939) and Gustava (1959), three brothers, five sisters. Survived by sister Mabel Carson, nieces and nephews.

Agnes was born June 20, 1906 in Baker, North Dakota to Gull Lake Sask. in 1909. She joined "Sask Tel in 1925 as an operator in Gull Lake. She worked as an operator in Outlook, Moose Jaw, Shaunavon Regina. July 5, 1948, Agnes became a supervisor in Regina Assistant Chief Operator April 15, 1957.

She retired 19, 1960. Agnes moved to Lethbridge in 1980 resided there until her passing. Funeral services were held in Lethbridge on September 21, 1996 at the Cornerstone Funeral Home. Agnes will be lovingly remembered by her friends. Her sweet, gentle spirit was encouraging uplifting.

Agnes touched the lives of many and will never be forgotten. -It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Philippe Lafrance, peacefully at his home in Gravelbourg, on Wednesday, September 25, 1996 at the age of 53. Beloved son of Pierre and Irene of Gravelbourg; brother to Helene (Charles Gauthier) of Gravelbourg and Richard Edmonton; uncle of Pierre and Marcel (Francine); godson of Agnes Carter of Casper, Wyoming. It was Philippe's request that he be cremated. Perhaps you would care to remember Philippe with a Mass or a donation to the Allan Blair Cancer Clinic (4101 Dewdney Regina, S4T 7T1).

Flowers are most graciously declined. We the family wish to thank all relatives and friends who supported us in this ordeal.
