Every article raised upon this land finds an immediate sale. The watir is excellent, and no such thing as fever is known. The soil is a sandy or clay loam, with a chiy bit lout and Trtuiliee of manures.

It is free of stones and easily worked. It abounds largely in the phosphates, and such is its fertility that from the crops produced both upon this land and the large area adjoining under cultivation, it will be found not to be excelled anywhere in the production of crops most adapted to its market. The reader may le well aware that theearli-esl and the best fruits and vegetables cume from New Jersey, which are annually exported to the amount of millions of dollars. The land, besides, being accessible in every way for fertilizers, has an abundant supply of the best quality of muck manure. Lumber and building materials can be had on the spot at a cheap price, from the mills.
