Devoted Mom, Grandma, Sister, Auntie, Daughter and Friend, Jessies courageous battle with cancer ended peacefully at her home in Abbotsford, BC in the care of dearly loved ones. Jessie was born the second of five children to lola and John McLean in Burnaby, B.C. on December 12, 1938.

She married Murray Tebbutt, who predeceased her in 1984. They settled in East Vancouver where Jessie gave birth to three boys who were the center and joy of her life to the end. Jessie spent countless hours at hockey rinks, baseball fields and swimming pools watching her sons and grandchildren play. She also spent many years enthusiastically volunteering at Hastings Minor Hockey and Hastings Baseball Association. Jessie's second career consisted of twenty-two years of distinguished service at Van City Savings Credit Union.

At Van City she won numerous sales awards, but more importantly made many close friends, of co-workers and members, through her professionalism and her deep caring for the well being of others. Although Jessie loved to travel, her favourite place in the world was her cabin at Birch Bay, WA where she loved to host her family and friends. All those who loved Jessie feel blessed that she gave us many memories to cherish and a shining example to follow. Jessie will always be with us. Jessie is survived by her mother, lola, her three sons; Bruce (Patti), Michael (Ginny), David (Susie), grandchildren; Chelsea, Sara, Michael, Courtney, Taylor, Ryan, MacGregor (Mac), Maddison (Maddy) and Montgomery (Monty), her siblings; Duncan (Beverly), Daphne (Jack), Allan (Joy) and Margaret (Doug), nieces, nephews and dear friends.
