Arrangements in care of the Tub- DEATH NOTICE BINDER-Mr. Carl Charlie Binder was born at Viscount, on May 22, 1915. At a very young age he moved to Bruno, and then to the Zehner district.

He resided there until he joined the army in World War H. Upon discharge from the army, he went into the trucking business in 1946. In 1957 he started farming in the Pilot Butte district. He was forced to give up farming in 1967 due to ill health, but continued to truck as a means of livelihood until his retirement in 1973. On Oct.

4, 1949, he married Lee Baloi at Grace Lutheran Church and resided at 2753 Rothwell Regina until the time of his death. He passed away Jan. 10, 1981 at home at the age of 65 years. He is predeceased by his parents and one brother. He is survived by his loving wife, Lee, five sisters: Mrs.

Elizabeth Euteneier, Miss Carrie Binder, Mrs. Katherine Seller, all of Regina, Miss Minnie Binder of Seattle, Mrs. Edna Milling of California, four brothers: Louis of St. Catharines, Jack of rural Regina, William and Edward both of Detroit, several nieces and nephews. Clifton enjoyed being active in community affairs. He served on the Burnside School Board as well as being chairman for many years. He was a charter member of the Saskatchewan Wheat Pool.
