WESTMINSTER CHURCH Rev. Peter K. Emmons, Pastor The Rev. Peter K. Emmons will preach Easter morning in the Westminster Presbyterian Church on "The Triumph of Easter." At this service new members will be received into the feUowship of Westminster Church.

The Church Quartet will sing a special program of Easter carols, as follows: "At Is Began to Dawn" Foster "Christ Triumphant" Ton "Hosanna" "Easter Hymn" Bancoek Following the church service all departments of the Church School will meet In the church aduitorium for their Union Easter service. The pageant will be preceded by a brief worship service, during which there will be special musical selections by the chorister and Junior choirs, and the Church Quartet. The choristers and Juniors will sing "Hosanna," by Oregorlus, and with the Church Quartet will sing "in Joseph's Garden," by Dickinson.

Union Good Friday Service at Trinity Members of several congregations of Protestant Churches united for a Good Friday worship at the Trinity Evan gelical Church yesterday afternoon. The Rev. John Gullck, pastor of the Second Reformed Church, delivered the sermon, using as his subject "Cross Bearing." He stated that "each of us has a cross to bear and we cannot be true followers of Christ unless we are willing to bear that cross. That means sacrificing many of the things meet in life each day." The Rev. Karl Thiem, pastor of the Prospect Avenue M.

E. Church, read the Scripture. The Rev. Hayden Howells of the Bethany Baptist Church led in prayer and the Rev. William Moenkhaus, pastor of Trinity Church, also took part.

Retention of Embury Pastor Is Requested At a recent meeting of the offlcitl board of Embury M. E. Church, members of the board requested the return of the pastor, Rev. G. Freeman.

During the pastorate pf the Rev Mr. Freeman, the church membership has increased and the church in debtedness has been removed. The board recenty was advised by the Rev. Clarenas Hickok, district superintendent of the Methodist Church, that the pastor would be re' turned. Plans are already under way to have a special service In the church upon the official announcement after the Wyoming Conference meeting.
