Englund plays Blackie, the mysterious cafe owner who pulled Frank and Fay into the cafe moments after their deaths. Friday's premiere sets this all up, but the episode actually appeared in January when NBC ran an unusual "sneak preview" stunt. Viewers were teased for a few days with shots of Englund, but little more was told.
