The ceremony was performed in Hickory Street Presbyterian Church at 8 O'clock by the Rev. Theodore Harm, pastor. The church was decorated by Besancon with cibotium ferns and Easter lilies. Miss Freda Nordt gave a musical recital during the arrival the guests and played the wedding music The bride, who was given in marriage by her father, was attractively attired in white lace, cut princess style with long close fitting sleeves and Queen Anne collar. She wore a braided band of tulle in her hair and carried gardenias and sweet peas.

Her only attendant was her sister, Miss Ruth Asperschlager, who was gowned in green lace, princess style, and wore a band of silver leaves in her hair. Her bouquet was of sweet peas and gerbera. Dr. Edward Evans attended Mr. Raymond as best man and the ushers were carl Ott and Robert Asperschlager.

After the ceremony a reception for relatives and friends was held at the Asperschlager residence, following which the couple left tor a wedding trip.
