William F. Centner, commanding officer of the base, will be the principal speaker and will outline the responsibilities of Youth Wins Promotion To Sergeant in Army Ralph L. Schultz 21, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Lee Schultz of 1439 Fairview avenue, has been promoted to the rank of sergeant at the Blytheville, army air field.

Sergeant Schultz was inducted into service Oct. 1, 1942 after being employed at the Lockheed Aircraft in Burbank. The crocodile is native to all the Greater Antilles except Puerto Rico.
