T. FRITTER Clay Webster Taylor Fritter, 57, resident of San Bernardino at 1875 Del Rosa avenue, a gardener at Patton State hospital, died yester day while at work. He was a native of Chico, California, and had lived in San Bernardino 10 years. He was a member of the Phoe nix lodge ot Masons and the Knights of Phythias. HENRY E. HYDINGER Funeral services for Henry E. Hydinger, retired pharmacist who died Saturday, will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m. at Stephens Bob-bitt chapel. Interment is to follow at Mountain View cemetery.

Committee chairmen of civic, service, social and veterans organ' izations are now selling tickets to the All-American Unity dinner to be held on the evening of Presi dent Truman's inauguration, Jan. 20, in San Bernardino. General Chairman Thomas E. Jones said only 500 tickets had been distributed for the affair, which will be held in the San Bernardino High school cafeteria, ac cording to present plans, with chairmen of each organization rep resented at the last committee meeting receiving 10. Chairmen will report on the re sults of the sale at a meeting Wednesday, he said, although many have already disposed of all of their tickets.

If the demand is sufficient, several hundred more tick ets will be sold, and the dinner will be held in the municipal auditorium, he disclosed. Jordan, 30, of Miami, was arrested by San Bernar dino police In a Third street cafe on suspicion of impersonating an Army officer. Officers said the suspect, who they asserted failed to produce satisfactory identification papers, had been observation by them for several days since he allegedly was not conducting himself in the manner of an officer. Police said Jordan was dressed in a captain's uniform, wearing several campaign ribbons.

Officers are attempting to de termine whether the man is a member of the armed forces or a civilian.
