WILSON Westminster church tonight at 6:30 1 Mr. wuson was oorn in rvenuai, England, was graduated from Cambridge, and at the age of thirty entered parliament. He was on the staff of the London Daily News for twenty one years, and in 1817 came to New York to represent that paper, and also to establish a better Anglo American understanding. At present he is special contributor to The New York Times on foreign affairs and economic situation. Mr.

Wilson contributes to Current History, Review of Review, North American Review and other widely read magazines. He is also on the permanent staff of Encyclopedia Brltannica. Dr, Houck's Rites In City Tomorrow U. S. Scientist Dies in Washington Funeral services for Ulysses O.

Houck, 68, associate chief of the bureau of animal industry, depart ment of agriculture, who died Monday at Washington, D. will be held tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock from the D. D. Jones Funeral home, 427 Madison avenue. The Rev.

E. A. Martin, Pittston M. E. church, will officiate.

Interment will be in Shady Lane cemetery. Dr. Houck was a brother of Dr. J. W.

Houck. this city, and of Dr. M. Houck, Dunmore. He never resided in this city but had visited here a number of times.

Born in Luserne county, he attended the public schools there and later graduated from Dickinson seminary and the Veterinary School 0' the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia. He served as house physician at the latter place before entering the govern ment service thirty eignt years ago. He was regarded as one of Pennsylvania's most eminent scientists. Minute Men to Address Pupils on Cleanup Drive Minute Men of the cnamoer or com merce will visit public schools of the city following their noon meeting today and speak to assemblies of pupils in the in terest of the "cleanup" campaign which is being conducted throughout the community this week.
