Albert Lambert, D.F.C., previously reported missing after air operations overseas, is now listed as safe. Sqdn. Ldr. Lambert is the son of Mr. and Mrs.

William Lambert, Grimsby, Lincolnshire, Eng. He obtained his observer's wing in Regina, went overseas and completed his operational flights. Last July he went on a voluntary operational flight over enemy territory and was reported missing. U.S. makes strong protest to Spain WASHINGTON, Dec.

22. The United States government has made representations to Spain on a disturbance created by two Falangists in the American consulate in Valencia, the state department said Tuesday. The department made public a telegram from Ambassador Carlton Hayes in Madrid describing the incident. Hayes said that on Saturday two persons later identified as Falangists and former members of the Spanish Blue Division which fought in Russia "entered the American consulate in Valencia, tore down press photographs and harlangued visitors on the premises." two Falangists were arrested, the despatch The incident recalled a vigorous protest by the British government over an insult to the British consul at Saragossa.
