Liberty loan committee, announced yesterday, that the fourth campaign, which It Is expected will take place sometime in October, will be under the same direction, namely, that Mrs. J. O. Miller, of Pittsburgh, member of the National Woman's Liberty Loan committee. The outstanding feature of the third loan report is that Pennsylvania with more than 100.000 women enrolled, officially, as volunteers, far exceeded the $100,000,000 mark, which they set leran.
