A spokesman for the Bureau of Prisons in Washington would give no reason for the transfer. Niagara, N.Y. Richard Rosen Attendants OK TWA strike Trans World Airlines flight attendants have authorized a strike against the airline, union officials said yesterday. The Independent Federation of Flight Attendants said that 96.7 of its members voted for the walkout.

The union's contract expired July 31, 1981, and negotiations on a new contract have been unsuccessful. It was not immediately determined if or when a strike would be called. Richard Rosen 1 Widow slain in White Plains An elderly widow was found stabbed to death with a screwdriver in her White Plains home early yesterday, police said. The woman, identified as Adele Slavitt of Smith was discovered in her bed by the wife of her employer, police said. Slavitt apparently had been dead 10 to 12 hours.

Police said she had been stabbed several times and had been beaten with a bathroom scale. There was a bloody screwdriver next to her on the bed. Her assailant apparently gained access to the house by cutting a basement window screen. Nothing was taken from the home, pol ice said. Mark Lif More buses OK for wheelchairs The Transit Authority announced yesterday that bus service accessible to those in wheelchairs will be expanded beginning Sunday.

The expanded service includes the M3, M5 and M20 routes in Manhattan; BX10, BX11, BX35 and BX37 in the Bronx; B14, B7, B25, B45, B47, B50 and B56 in Brooklyn; Q5A and Q27 in Queens, and S103 and 107 in Stat en Island. Mayor Koch yesterday ordered Police Commissioner Robert McGuire to investigate allegations of vandalism at buildings affected by a strike of service workers in the Bronx.
