Anna B. Garner of Riverside for $10,000. A first reading will be given a resolution accepting deeds to two small parcels immediately north of the existing site, one being 10 by 44 feet and the other 34 by 20 feet. Both lots will cost a total of $700. R.

F. Garner is the agent for the property. The PWA, which has approved the purchase of the $10,000 lot, has only tentatively sanctioned acquiring the small parcels. The purchase has been approved, but the PWA has not yet ruled on the price. OPTIONS EXPIRING The city is moving to buy the mall lots at this time, however, because the options are expiring.

When the city has turned its money Into the city hall building fund, then the PWA will make an allocation of 25 per cent of its share of the project. The Federal agency Is contributing 45 per cent of the razing, site and building costs and the city 55 per cent. Mayor Johnson said that other business pertaining to the city haU may be considered at the meeting.
