Proselytizing is wrong. Policies obviously calculated to win converts by offering special advantages are wrong.

Denominations are not "damnations," but are essential to the vitality of the Christian church. Each does something and says something better than the others. But when they become bigoted and schismatic, controversial and critical, they no longer possess the spirit of Christ. Greed, suspicion, ecclesiastical snobbery, and sectarian ill-will are of the devil and not of our Lord. We are commanded to love one another, not fight one another.

While recognizing our fellowship in the Catholic and Ecumenical church, the dilemmas, however, are real and obvious. Since all churches are liable to error, what should we do if we feel a church has fallen away from the gospel and is no longer Christian? What should we do if we consider a community inadequately served by the present church or churches?
