Surviving are four sons, Ross of Clarkson, Ontario, Bert of Montreal, Dr. Donald and Claude of Winnipeg; 12 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Wlnnifred Hoodsplth and Mrs. Myra Lockhart of Vancouver and one brother William P. Brereton of Quebec, a former City of Winnipeg Engineer, funeral service was held on November 15.
