Mikula's hit came in tho run sixth. Grain led off the inning by being hit by a pitch. Seconds later, he stole second and to third on Mikula's single.

Mi kula then drew a pick-off thrown in a steal of second with Grain dashing for the plate to complete a dangerous double steal. Weirtoa's other tally came when Tom Battisla reached firs on an error, moving Mikula tc third. Battista also tried lo steal second, but was thrown out. flow, ever, Mikula came home on the play.
