Satthdav, Dec. 21, 18U. The Committee on the subject, reported, that it wi3 inexpedient to repeal or guspend the Statutes of Limitation- Referred. A select Committee was appointed to report on the presentment of Grand Jury of the Missisippi Territory against Jude Toulmin. The new Rules and Orders" wsre reported to the house and a debate arose on the intricate subject of the Previous Question," which Was not finished when the House adjourned.
