Giatto Water Case Hearing Set Oct. 31 CHARLESTON (AP) The Public Service Commission will hear Oct. 31 a request by Giatto Water Works, at Giatto in Mercer County, for authority to purchase a water system in Weyanoke. The Weyanoke properties, also in Mercer, currently are owned by B. G.

Shuck of Matoaka. The proposed purchase price is $2,100. The Weyanoke system serves 34 customers. Also set for hearing Oct. 31 is a petition by Giatto for approval of higher water rates in that community and vicinity.
