Gerhard Quits Bank FARMERS BANK Board After 34 Years ELECTS DIRECTORS Josephus Gerhard, oldest member of the board of directors of National Bank of Boyertown, stepped out of the banking service yesterday. After serving 34 years as a director. he declined re-election when shareholders named a new directorate. For the past 13 years he served as vice president. Gerhard celebrated his 85th birthday anniversary the past July 16.

Named to succeed Gerhard was William H. Reifsnyder insurance broker of 7 East Philadelphia avenue.
