State of Vermont, I To the heirs 88. of BEN A District of Hartford WIN SMITH, late of Bethel, in said State, deceased, GREETING. WHEREAS it appears by the report of the Commissioners, and Ihe files and records of this Coutt, that the personal estate of said decease is insufficient to pay his debts, with cost of sctti-mpnt, by tbe sum of one thousand i hundred and nineteen dollars and three cents. Therefore, you are hereby cited to appear at the next Probate Court, to be holdeu at the dwelling house of Robert Ba.ker in Woodstock, iu said District, on tbe first Wednesday of April next, and give bonds as said Court shall direct, for the payment of said debts and cost, or an order will issue to the administrator of said estu'e, to sell so much of the real estate of said deceased, as will raise said sum with cost of sale. J824, obtained letters patent from the President of the Uuited Stales Cora new and useful improvement for dressing Flax and Hemp. It is on a very simple and cheap plan.

It is so simple in construction and operation, and so grepfty facilitates the dressing of Flax and Hemp, and so considerably prevent: waste of tbe material, that no farmer who raises either of those articles, on inspection of tbe machine and seeing its operation, would hesitate to puichste the right of using it. With this Machine a person may get out from 50 to 75 pounds per. day. Cost from 5 to 6 dollars- Benjamin Lewis. Lipoma, Me.
