Sandwell's Speech on Loyalty Subject of Debate in House Finance Minister lUley appealed twice in the House of Commons Wednesday for, the co-operation of members in' disposing of urgent war financing legislation when, for tfae third day in a row, discussions were precipitated on motion to go into committee of the whole on budget, resolutions. Agriculture Minister Gardiner gave the Chamber some details of how the Bacon Board operates to set the necessary stocks to fill British requirements and said the lowest prices receivevd by pro? ducers were those paid for the pork sent to Britain.

Undecided on Sugar Quota for Canning Prices. Board spokesmen said Wednesday that "no definite poundage" has yet been decided for the maximum amount of can ning sugar to be made available to Canadian households this season.
