He was a fantastic mentor and role model who accomplished so many things that now seem impossible in looking back. While providing daily for his wife and 3 infant children, he built a new home in his spare time and later had us all learn the ins and outs of building a cottage over the many summer weekends that that family project entailed. In the years before his retirement in 1984, he was appointed head carpenter for the construction team on the multi-year renovation project that corrected and restored the sunken and rotated west wing of the Saskatchewan Legislature. Arthur will be sorely missed by all. Special thanks to Dr.

Ming-Fok and the devoted Pasqua and Regina General Hospital for their numerous efforts on Arthur's behalf, particularly over the past 6 months.
