12 non-Jury actions, 33 divorce actions and two of alimony are included in the docket of 79 cases listed for hearing at the Spring Assizes of the Ontario supreme, uovrc, opens Moo day at the Court House. Mr. preside. An attempted murder, and arson charge against' Harold Stanley McLinton and Velma Doris Wilson, both of Twin Elm, is one of the two criminal cases.
